どちらでも良かった
Pros:

新浦安駅から歩けた事。ほぼ一本道で分かりやすい

Cons:

大きな道路のそばではあるが、街灯がなく夜は真っ暗に近いので、歩くのに不安がある
施設そのものは、綺麗だなぁと感じた
