Pros:

Kahvaltısı Avrupa, Hint ve Uzakdoğu mutfağından izler taşıyor. Şöyle ki, Uzakdoğu mutfağından iki adet çorbası var. Biri domatesli diğeri tavuk suyuna. Her ikisi de erişteli. Vejeteryan seçeneğinde omlet yerine bir tür mücver var. Avrupa mutfağından kruvasan ve salata var. Hint mutfağından da çapati ve köri var. Her gün küçük değişiklikler oluyor, Müslümanlara hitap etmese de bacon ve domuz sosisi de var. Tereyağı ve çilek reçeli de isteğe bağlı olarak alınabiliyor. Kahve Makinesi ve Meyve Suyu Makinesi içerikleri gerçekten çok kaliteli, Japonlar bu konuda mükemmeliyetçi.

Cons:

En azından krem peynir olabilirdi, tek bir çeşit peynir yoktu.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Metroya ve turistik mekanlara çok kolay ulaşım imkanı sunuyor. Şehirlerarası otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.

Cons:

Bilgim olmayan bir ek vergi alındı ilk kayıt esnasında. Japonya seyehatimde yaptığım diğer rezarvasyonlarda böyle bir ek ödeme ile karşılaşmadım.

Convenient, clean, well situated, and good value for money
Pros:

Very nice hotel, conveniently close to Shinjuku train station. Spotless clean and very kind staff.

Cons:

Very small room for 4 people. We shared two small-ish beds, so if you have bigger kids it may not work. The room also only came with 2 towels, so we had to ask for additional towels every day.

An excellent base in Shinjuku
Pros:

Centrally located, near to shinjuku station and lots of amenities. Our room was very clean and well equipped! A lovely quiet place too!
The room was compact, which is typical of big cities so not a surprise or a problem for us :)

Cons:

Our room was so humid even with the AC on drying mode! That being said, the staff were excellent and provided us with a dehumidifier which made a huge difference.
