A helpful and approachable young team, great atmosphere
1. The air conditioning doesn’t work in hot weather; after several attempts to turn it on and filing a complaint, I was given a fan. The building got so hot that I woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. I think there might be the opposite problem in the winter. The hotel doesn’t take responsibility and doesn’t respond to substandard service in this regard.
2. The windows won’t open, which makes the small rooms feel claustrophobic.
3. At breakfast, they told me it wasn’t included in the price. I paid for one meal, then ate out. It turned out that breakfast was listed paud by me on the invoice. When I sent an email about this, suggesting they at least send a voucher for a future stay, I never received a response.
4. I noted this in my reservation and asked for an invoice several times, both verbally and via email. At first, there wasn’t one; then I received one for just the tax; and finally, the actual invoice arrived late.

Hotel is located just less than 10min walk from Den Haag train station. Superd location with supermarkets near by.
Staff at the reception and dinning area were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide choices.
The glass door of the shower cubicle was unable to retain the water splashing from bathing. Water kept flowing out onto bath room flooring resulting in wet floor. In addition, the bedside power socket was located below the side table, it was inconvenient when plug/unplug mobile charging.
