Pros:

L'accueil et le service surtout de M. Mahmoud, très serviable et professionnel. La suite était très bonne. On a le confort et l'hygiène.

Cons:

L'insonorisation laisse à désirer, surtout le soir quand vous avez des jeunes dans la chambre voisine qui rigolent à haute voix. Un autre petit détail : l 'absence du savon et shampoing dans les douches du sauna.

Perfect totul,mic dejuns super variat in fiecare dimineață,hotelul curat,zilnic se face curățenie,hotelul se afla la 5 min pe jos de tramvai-metrou bus-metro
Personalul foarte amabil vorbesc bine engleză
In special Mahmud,avem avion tarziu la ora 11 seara si ne a lasat sa facem check in intarziat
Hotelul este intretinut si curat, piscina este foarte mare,au si sauna uscată si umedă,sala de fitness perfect pentru antrenamente cat sa nu ies din forma
Cand am ajuns la hotel,ne au facut si upgrade la camera fara sa cerem noi

Very good breakfast
Very friendly staff
Comfortable bed
Very comfortable baby bed provided
Housekeeping also included drinking water which we don't find usually in other hotels
The swimming pool and sauna facility is very good and highly recommended

Cons:

Lighting could have been better specially in the washroom

أعجبني الاستقبال جيدين بتعاملهم وسرعة اجراءات الدخول،كذلك بهو الاستقبال فيه شراحة وراحة ، أعجبني الإفطار وتنوعه لجميع الأذواق، أعجبني الغرف خاصة الغرف العلوية الوسيعة أعجبني مكان المسبح وحجمه وجاكوزي والصالة الرياضية

الموقع بعيد عن خدمات مثل المترو ومكلف بتكاسي ذهاب وعودة خاصة إلى المولات والبزارات وغيرها
عزل نوعا ماء ضعيف جدا وصوت الغرف تسمع خاصة لمن يكن معه أطفال ،
توجد رائحة غير جيدة لا اعلم هي رائحة صرف شممتها عدة مرات في الدور التاسع
هناك ايضا تكاسل من بعض الموظفات بنظافة الغرف وقد بلغت الاستقبال بذلك وتجاوبوا معي مشكورين
