Convenient motel with free drink and car parking right outside room.
Pros:

The room for three was spacious with a little table we could eat at, car parking right outside the room and so close to M City.

Cons:

Had to go to reception to get hairdryer, 100 AUD bond required. Toilet is rather cold.

Staff went above and beyond for us. We are eternally grateful.
Pros:

We travelled for a family emergency. The staff could not have been more helpful. They are kind, respectful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and take the stress out of a very emotional week. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there are a few areas where Nightcap at Monash Hotel could improve:

*Breakfast or food service does not start until 10:00 am.
*The room curtains did not block enough outside light, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially in the early morning.
*Providing light breakfast items, grab-and-go snacks, or coffee earlier in the day would greatly improve the guest experience.
*In addition to better curtains, improving overall light insulation around the windows would help create a darker and more restful sleeping environment.

The staff were exceptional, and the room was comfortable, but addressing these areas would make the experience even better for future guests.

Motel, clean facilities but cold water
Pros:

Convenient to where we needed to be, the staff in the bistro were wonderful.

Cons:

We were in room 17, we had cold showers both days in June in Melbourne that is not pleasant!
