Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Evening meals were good value, room was clean with good amentities and bed was comfortable. Staff were very obliging. Good location for public transport.

It was okay, within budget and at easy reach location. Staff were good and helpful too.
Cons:

They deducted a bond money which has been returned later. However, nothing has been mentioned during booking the property via Booking dot com app. Overall stay was okay.

* Old fellow sitting outside his accommodation smoking dope.
* I was disappointed that it wasn’t closer to the part of Monash Uni where I was working.

Convenient location. Clean room

Cons:

Broken tap in shower. Toilet seat moved. Walked into reception for checkout, as doors opened with delivery staff, not knowing that entry was not allowed before 10am. Was met soon after with disgruntled female staff member. Unpleasant and unnecessary attitude.

Great, no frills place to stay.
Pros:

Location, price, and staff for what we needed were excellent. It was close to a shopping centre, not far from the uni, and despite being close to a major road, is very quiet.
