Breakfast, not much left when I went down at 8

My room was dirty, staff was rude, they double charged me for my room
Room was ok but hallway and lobby had musty unpleasant smell. Breakfast was not good.

The beds werent the comfiest and our shower drained very very slowly so you'd be standing in like a foot of water at all times

My room was filthy. I pulled the blanket back and there was a crusty blood stain. Mysterious stains that also looked dark brown/red on the ottoman and curtain as well. Staff gave me extra sheets because they didn’t have extra blankets.
The staff was great. The room was great.
The breakfast could be better. There was no milk for cereal as they were waiting for delivery. They could have simply gone out and bought some.

The shower was full of mold and cracked. The towels were so old and gray. Needs lots of updates.
Easy check in and out. Provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Room was dirty. The Bed Baseboards had food crumbs and visible dirt all around. The Bathroom floors were dirty. There was a hair on the pillow case.
The air conditioning worked as expected. The breakfast was ok. Hot eggs, sausage, and home fries as well as choices of bread.
There was DRIED BLOOD on the comforter and they didn’t have another comforter to give me and were full so they couldn’t give me a new room. They gave me new sheets with extra flat sheets.
There was only 1 towel but luckily they were able to give us more.
The coffee was really bad. I am not a coffee snob but it was so bad that I went to the gas station across the street for a decent cup.
