Sleep and go, don’t have breakfast there.
Pros:

I liked shampoo and conditioner

Cons:

bathroom had hair in the corner
Shampoo holder had little mildew
Breakfast was very poorly made with only healthy item that was apple.

Cons:

Breakfast items were not stocked and it was a long wait for hot items to be replenished. I have stayed at this location multiple times with no prior disappointment. We left and went to restaurant

find accept complete negligence on supplies for the bathroom

Cons:

I filed the complaint which was ignored by the property. There was completely no soap in the bathroom in the sink. I file a complaint with Booking.com, who tried to get a hold of the property and was ignored.

Though the room was spacious and nice, the moldy shower and shotty laundry machines mean I cannot recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Our room was neat when we entered.

Cons:

The room was open when we arrived. The shower had noticeable mold and mildew. We did laundry: the washer had a faulty gasket and leaked alll over the floor. When my husband went to the front desk to report this, no one showed concern or even came to clean up the mess. The dryer was missing its lint trap; I almost lost a sock in it when loading! I expect more for the price we paid.

Pros:

Breakfast. Location

Cons:

No soap. No hand lotion. Pillows were cheap chipped foam and uncomfortable. Hotel was expensive and rated well and didn’t live up to standards. Staff said, sorry we don’t have soap and we don’t know why. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was offered a small bottle of shampoo to wash my hands with. Ugh.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast variety was good.

Cons:

No smart t.v., so no streaming possible, and the t.v. kept shutting off. When I asked about it at the front desk, they said the smoke from the wildfires in Canada was affecting their cable!? The breakfast area was not stocked, at 8:00 a.m. there were empty food items everywhere! Also, after we checked in, we came down to get a cup of coffee and the carafe was empty, we asked if it could be filled, but it never was. Those little things add up, making the stay less than expected.

Could not stay original room was disgusting stains on the sheets and just whole room dirty. Tried another room on another floor while floor smelled horrible made me gag and the room was the same

Overall we were pleased with the stay considering the value we obtained.
