Great Hotel in Central Chiang Rai.
Pros:

The hotel was great, fantastic location, rooms were very clean, and quite large, bathroom was clean and well appointed. Staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly, couldn’t be more impressed.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The place is clean and serene. Not very big grounds to walk around on property, but cosy. Lovely pool with greenery surrounding it. Staff and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible. Small buffet for cereals, fruit and bread, but all you can eat menu made to order each morning. Thai cuisine and English breakfast options. Service was so fast too! Walking distance to restaurants and massage places and 7 minutes to night markets.

Cons:

To be honest nothing- all was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with a good location and very nice staff.
Pros:

The property is beautiful with a nice pool and some trees in the courtyard. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful, even providing us with a shuttle to the bus stop for our next journey. The breakfast was also quite good, with a buffet and a selection of dishes that they would prepare for you upon request.

Pros:

Nádherné ubytování. Absolutně nemám co vytknout. Poslední den jsme měli velmi brzký check out a pokračovali jsme do další destinace. Nestihli bychom snídaní, ale oni byli tak hodní a každému z nás připravili snídani do pytlíčku a dali nám ji na cestu. Na hotelu je krásný bazén. Dále tady byla možnost si oprat nebo vyžehlit oblečení. Další velmi pozorný detail byla možnost svačinek zdarma - sendviče, palačinky, spousta ovoce, káva... Minibar na pokoji byl také komplet zdarma.

Pros:

Everything, including the “free” snacks which saved us from heading out after a busy full day tour

Cons:

Bicycle for free is good, but too small / short for me. Maybe get some bikes for talker people

Pros:

This is an excellent hotel to either use as a base to explore the unique temples in Chiang Rai or just relax around the pool. Things we did not expect were free mini bar with snacks in the room, the free drinks and snacks in the lounge area, free access to bicycles, and to a gym off site but near by, and the washing machines and dryers, coins and soap provided, so we left with everything clean again in our suitcases.
The staff were brilliant and available at all hours to help with anything you need and the breakfast was great.
