Our stay at **Le Patta Resort & Hotel Chiang Rai** was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding and added a personal touch to the entire experience.

The facilities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the **complimentary bicycle service**, which made exploring Chiang Rai both fun and convenient. The **free umbrella service** was another thoughtful gesture that came in handy during unpredictable weather and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests' comfort.

The location is simply perfect. Situated right in the heart of Chiang Rai, the hotel is within easy walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the famous night market. It served as the ideal base for exploring everything the city has to offer without the need for long commutes.

Cons:

Nothing significant—our stay was excellent from check-in to check-out.
No complaints at all. The staff, facilities, and location were all outstanding.

Personalet. Utrolig hjelpsom og hadde alltid en løsning og tilbydde seg fór løsninger for å gjøre oppholdet bra for oss. Reiste sammen med min lille familie på 3, og koste oss mye. Soverommet passet oss fint, og nært det meste av marked.

Excellent location, excellent service. No Regrets
Pros:

Excellent, delicious buffet breakfast that also included made to order items also. It was very filling. The customer service is excellent, and the staff was very kind. They have a room that has to-go snacks with sandwiches and fresh cut fruit. Very helpful to grab a snack for the road. The location is a short walk to everything in the city center.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

Excellent séjour au Le Patta Hotel Chiang Rai. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de Chiang Rai, à quelques pas du marché de nuit, des restaurants et des principales attractions de la ville.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les snacks et boissons offerts, une attention très appréciable qui fait la différence.

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel. En plus d’un buffet de qualité, plusieurs plats sont préparés à la carte, avec un excellent choix et une présentation soignée. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners que j’ai eus dans un hôtel en Thaïlande.

L’ensemble de l’établissement dégage une atmosphère calme et accueillante. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation lors d’un séjour à Chiang Rai. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location.

Cons:

The pool was not available to use throughout our stay. This was not brought to our attention what so ever and not mentioned when checking in. We rushed sightseeing around Chiang Rai to return back to a sign showing that the pool was closed for maintenence. We felt this was very poor and underhand from hotel management. This was a 2000+ baht room hotel and to have no pool access did not represent value for money in the area. Had we known beforehand we would have stayed elsewhere. No compensation was offered and when I submitted a complaint to booking.com they rang us later whilst we were trying to rest. There is a spa on site and apparently a bar somewhere - can't see how it would have been difficult to offer drinks or spa access as a compromise. It was only through booking.com that we managed to get a partial refund and this was disputed by the hotel.

'Complimentary minibar' was a bit of a joke. The free items comprised of a small packet of lays and 2 cans of soft drink

Should be noted that the hotel was to be without power the same week so clearly are having some maintenence issues.

I would recommend staying elsewhere if looking at 4* hotels in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, great place to stay in Chiang Rai.
Pros:

The location was great, close to restaurants and pubs.
Big room, comfortable bed, very clean and great breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The swimming pool wasn’t clean and we couldn’t use it for a couple of days.

The best place for a short trip to Chiang Rai 🏝️
Pros:

The room was large, with all the facilities you could need that were clean. The bed was really comfortable.
The staff, particularly James at the desk were kind, smiley and respectful of us and our infant.
The complimentary snacks of fruit, pudding and biscuits were highly appreciated as we were hungry when we arrived!
The pool was a godsend with the hot weather, too!
Location was close to everything.
