A comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location. Breakfast has limited choices but excellent quality via the a la carte menu. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

A comfortable hotel with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff.
There are many complementary snacks, drinks and fruit on offer both in room and in a lounge area.
There are washing machines and dryers available for 90 Baht each.
You get access to a fantastic gym across the road.
At first glance it looks a little isolated but turn left when walking out of the hotel and turn left at the first major road you come to.
There you will find everything you need including many eateries, massages and money changes etc.
There are many markets nearby.
Lanna cooking tour is great.
Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Soundproofing is not the best and they need to upgrade the pillows.

Hôtel pratique mais sans aucun charme.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable et petit-déjeuner complet. Espace avec lave-linge et snack ouvert une bonne partie de la journée.

Cons:

Hôtel sans aucun charme malheureusement. De légères odeurs dans la chambre. Piscine petite.
Assez cher en comparaison d’autres établissements que nous avons faits lors de notre séjour.

ホテルに一歩入ると洗練された雰囲気、スタッフは親切で、お部屋もお庭の景色もきれい。部屋の水は潤沢です。朝ごはんは半ブッフェのオーダー式で、タイ料理何を頼んでもおいしかったです。コーヒーと果物や軽食があるラウンジコーナーもとっても嬉しい。コインランドリーも助かりました。ナイトマーケットも歩いてすぐで立地も最高。とてもおすすめです。

ありません!欲を言えば、フリードリンクにコーラ以外のジュースもあったら嬉しいです。

Best luxury hotel,
Pros:

It is vert good and high end property, they provide free lounge with Snacks it is very useful while you check in after long flight
Ambience and room arrangements are very good
Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful,

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints it is one of the best hotel in my trip

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Comfy room, close to the night market, access to the gym over the road which was a great gym! Super helpful staff and self-service laundry available on site which was very handy.

Very charming hotel with great bedrooms and lovely staff.

Charming hotel conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Rai town centre.
Spacious rooms tastefully decorated with a spacious bathroom and small balcony looking over the outdoor pool.
The staff are very polite and efficient, always greeting you with genuine warmth and respect.
Walking distance to the night bazaar and various restaurants, bars and clubs.
Recommended for couples and families.

Cons:

Nothing much to complain about.
The hotel car park is a bit small, only room for seven or eight vehicles, otherwise you need to park in the road at the front.
