Location is very good.

Close to the sea

Cons:

The room is out of date and needs a refresh.The lobby needs a refresh.
The bathroom defenetly needs a refresh.
The elevators are very poor condition spacialy on Saturday .
The hotel is not 5 stars at all .
The matrass is uncomfortable.

Our stay was both enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely return .
Pros:

The staff was friendly, especially the young lady that greeted us at the dining room each morning.

Cons:

There wasn’t a Bet Kinesset on the premises and the staff didn’t know where to find one.

Pros:

Dining room not in service for breakfast.In need of transfer by taxis to another hotel of chain, for breakfast.Waste of pracious vacation time !!!

No forewarning of unoperable breakfast dining room and need of taxi transfer to another hotel for a breakfast !!!

Very good potential, needs a bit attention to details
Pros:

Beachfront with amazing views
Spacious rooms
Great pools , salt room and spa
Hamudi in the reception was super attentive and gave us great service
Great breakfast on the 2nd morning

Cons:

The rooms are a bit under maintained
There was a problem with the kitchen so there was no breakfast on the 1st morning and we were offered a good alternative but it required a drive.
The lifeguard closed the pool an hour before the declared time.
