Ik wou dat ik langer kon blijven!
Pros:

De locatie en de kamers waren top. De kamer was schoon, goed ingericht en voor New York begrippen groot.

Cons:

Ik kon bij het inchecken kiezen voor een kamer met “mooie nighttime views”, ik keek uit op een bakstenen muur.

Friendly, helpful staff, instant hot water in the shower, comfortable bed and location added up to a great stay.
Pros:

Location was prime! Room a bit on the small side for more than one. But if you are largely on the go it’s a prime location for getting yo anywhere in the city.

If want a great location and have money to burn you might like this place.
Pros:

This is a very expensive hotel. Staff was friendly enough, but not overwhelming so. Breakfast Buffett was edible but certainly not outstanding, and certainly not worth the price. The room was clean but very small and you had to crawl over the person to get to your side of the bed. This place is great for rich, young people. Location is outstanding! Otherwise, save your money and find another hotel

Cons:

Food and drinks were mediocre. Price was exorbitant. Breakfast Buffett was passable but def not worth extra dollars. Staff were friendly enough but gave us the wrong times to get to airport. we were there hours ahead of time. Bed was interesting as you had to crawl over your partner to get to your side of the bed. is this fun-quirky? Lighting in the room was not intuitive

Great spot to experience everything about Times Square
Pros:

Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful, cheery & looked like they genuinely cared.

Cons:

The room was governed by the tablet that operated all lights, black out curtain etc. The system failed one morning leaving us in complete darkness & having to ask for maintenance to fix it to be able to get dressed.

Fantastic location, comfy room, friendly staff!
Pros:

Location was fantastic, safe, central and close to many subway entrances/exits, room was well equipped and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Room was clean, but a few small issues were missed during full cleaning.
