The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely.
That breakfast wasn’t included but it was decently priced.
It is very near and walkable to Time square.

At night the Lobby the Ambiance is too dark
No coffee or tea maker in the room you need to buy at their restaurant all the time you need it aside from in the morning when you are having breakfast that you have to pay $25 each day
the iced cold brew made for me at breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast itself was pretty good as well - options felt healthy and diverse. Bed super comfortable - everything I needed in the room.
the staff were a little surly
I liked the familiarity that citizenM provides. I've stayed in other locations and it was a safe bet knowing what to expect of the room, how check-in would work, and that it's just a nice place to look at in the lobby
during my stay, construction on one of the elevators was happening on my floor for hours during the morning and afternoon. it was pretty loud but it won't be a forever-thing

no me gusto la ubicacion de la cama porque esta pegada a la pared y solo tiene un lado para poder subirse y bajarse de ella para dos personas es incomodo.Pero de lo demas todo excelente!

La proximité géographique en plein cœur de Times Square, des stations de métro (1 min à 3 min en fonction de la ligne), le confort, le calme, la beauté des lieux, le personnel très à l’écoute, poli et agréable, l’effet très chic de l’hôtel, le salon cocooning et la terrasse au rez-de-chaussée, le roof-top pour boire un verre en soirée, le p’tit dej très varié et délicieux, réception ouverte 24h/24, la prise en charge gracieuse de nos bagages en Check out qui nous permet de nous balader avant de reprendre l’avion.
