Not my first review on this place...always worth the stay!
Pros:

I have stayed at many Citizen M's...specifically this location 5 times in the past and it never disappoints! The staff is always amazing and friendly, the facility is clean, and the rooms are perfect for a weekend in NYC. You can't beat the location! I love the Cloud bar, also a nice touch!

Cons:

I really wish they would get secure wifi for working.

המלון מגניב, המיקום מעולה!!! ליד הרכבת מ/ל JFK ברמה של דקה. ליד ה Times ו Broadway. הקפה בסדר גמור, הצוות חביב. החדדר מדליק. הטלויזיה מתחברת בקלות. סהכ די שקט בקומה 11 לכיוון השקט!!! לושך בלילה בחדר כמו שצריך. המיטה נוחה לזוג (עד 180 סמ).

הטאבלאט והחיבור למטען, הייתי עושה משהו יותר מוצלח שיהיה יותר מוצלח, אבל זה שטויות.. שיקחו מישהן מוכשר שידפיס להם משהו וחשים כבל כמו שצריך. המיטה שיחשבו יותר טוב שיש כאלו שישינים ב 90 מעלות למה שהתכוונו ובהתאם יסדרו חיבורים להטענה בכל צד. אישית מעדיף כיור בתוך המקלחת, אבל יחסית ללב העיר... החדר מעולה!!!

Conforto em localização excelente.
Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O controle da tv e luzes por tablet é bem útil. Foi muito fácil espelhar os apps de streaming na TV. A cromoterapia no banheiro ajuda bastante a relaxar. A cama é muito confortável, com excelente cobertores e travesseiros. O chuveiro também é muito bom. Todos os móveis são de excelente qualidade.

Cons:

Apesar de muito confortável, o quarto é pequeno, senti falta de um pouco mais de espaço.
Um dos elevadores quebrou e não foi consertado até o fim da minha estadia.

Nice hotel, but wouldn't recommend

The hotel is really nice. Also the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

However cleaning was bad, they forgot lots of places, dirty windows, dust everywhere and at 8 in the morning they start screaming at the hall, so no sleeping in during my vacation... Beside the cleaning they are also very behind on small maintenance. Lots of light switches that don't work, the closet fell apart during our stay, the showerhead was broken to name a few...
