Location is very central, 2 minutes from Times Square and right next to the tube. The room is really nice and comfy and the staff is really welcoming and happy to help. I recommend !

La terrasse
Même si les chambres sont petites, le design de la chambre est sympa comme dans les autres citizen M

Cons:

Un peu déçue de la vue alors qu on avait payé une vue « premium ». On pensait être plus haut et mieux situés.
Le petit déjeuner très décevant alors qu il fallait le payer en supplément.
Pains et viennoiseries pas bon
Pas de beurre doux mais uniquement beurre salé
Pas de pan cake ou autres
Jamais varié: tous les jours la même chose
Le personnel très aléatoire : certains sympas d autres pas vraiment mais plutôt très froids…
