Pros:

Gostei da localização. Bem em frente a lagoa, onde puder fazer uma corrida. Porém ficar a 6km da famosa Igreja de São Francisco,

Cons:

A porta do quarto estava emperrando ao abrir e fechar.
O colchão estava um pouco velho, com um dos lados baixo.
