Pros:

老闆很貼心，會介紹周邊的餐廳及可以請老闆幫忙叫炸雞，如果遇到任何問題，都可以詢問（想買的東西再哪裡，都會很詳細的幫忙查詢告知）下次還來釜山還會選擇住這裡，還可以幫忙叫機場接送

Super top hôtel, mérite d'être reconnu
Pros:

Enfin un hôtel avec de vraies personnes.
Personnel hyper gentil, hyper serviable. Toujours là pour vous aider.
Cuisine, laverie, salle à manger au 2ème étage, on s'est senti comme à la maison.

気になるところは多々ありますが全体的には素敵です
Pros:

全体的には良かったです。受付の人も日本語が話せなかったけどとても素敵な方々でした。水圧も弱くはないですが強くはなく申し分ない程度です。

Cons:

チェックインし部屋に入った際、洗面所にはカラーコンタクトレンズのゴミ、布団には髪の毛が落ちていました。バスタオルにはシミや破れもあります。

Charging cables at reception and common area for microwave
Staff were the most helpful people I’ve ever met

Cons:

地點非常好，CP質高，工作人員服務態度非常好!!
Pros:

西面站皇后酒店是我覺得服務非常好的平價飯店CP質個人覺得很高，4個晚上在西面站靠近味贊王燒肉，地點非常好，離商圈也非常近，但不是在青春街哪邊所以不會很吵很雜喔，地鐵西面站7號出口出來步行10分鐘內就到，還會經過奶奶換匯所非常非常方便，而且這間飯店在您訂房後還會主動跟您加聯繫方式提醒，還可以代訂外送炸雞只要付4000韓元小費而已~服務非常好!!

Cons:

廁所天花板有點發霉，其它沒啥問題!

Great location.
Pros:

The room is pretty spacious and very soundproof, which is a bonus! It's also in a great location with heaps of eateries nearby.

Cons:

However, the night lights that are on all night made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and the bed was a bit firm. I was also a bit surprised to find a PC in the bedroom. The kitchenette has only two small bowls and one spoon, and no teaspoons for coffee. Also, the shower didn't have a screen or curtain, so the whole bathroom floor got wet.

ottimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel vicino alla metro in un quartiere vivace con ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze.
Stanza grande con letti grandi (avevamo un matrimoniale e una piazza e mezza) e bagno grande.
Il titolare dell'hotel molto gentile e di prodiga per aiutarti in ogni modo. Ti mandano tantissime informazioni via WhatsApp: negozi nelle vicinanze, metro, ristoranti e posti da vedere nelle vicinanze, come utilizzare tv e aria condizionata con la traduzione nella tua lingua. E' anche stato molto gentile con mia figlia regalandole una caramella ed un anellino.
Danno anche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al check out e hanno ombrelli a disposizione degli ospiti in caso di poggia.
Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo lo consiglio a tutti.

Genial
Pros:

El dueño muy amable antes de ir nos envió por WhatsApp muchas indicaciones sobre la ubicación del hotel para que nos orientáramos y al llegar nos las explicó todas. Incluso al irnos nos liamos cogiendo un Uber y salió para ayudarnos. Las habitaciones tenían aire que con el calor que hacía venía muy bien.
