During check‑in, the manager demanded an official document proving that I am the father of my two underage daughters, even though their passports clearly show the same surname, the same address, and my signature with the mention “father.”
He justified this request by referring to a supposed child‑protection law.
My daughters are mixed‑race and I am white, and I strongly felt that this unjustified suspicion was based more on prejudice than on any real regulation.
The mother of my daughters had to urgently send a copy of our family record book so we could access the room.
After checking with the French Embassy in Seoul, we confirmed that this requirement is completely illegal: a passport is an official document and is fully sufficient when traveling with one’s children.
Finally, the photos shown online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel.

Opción aceptable en Busán
Pros:

La información que te proporcionan en recepción es muy completa. Tenía una zona común muy completa.
La situación estaba bien. Zona animada y buena conexión con transporte público. Busán es enorme, así que elijas la zona que elijas los desplazamientos van a ser largos.

交通購物飲食都方便，服務親切
Pros:

服務非常親切，周邊美食很多，半夜也有東西吃。地點離樂天百貨也近，附近購物逛街超方便的，而且櫃檯人員會在訂房後主動提供各種實用資訊，用line中文溝通方便，還有免費netflix可以看

Die Lage war wirklich spitze in Busan, das Hotel ist neu und sehr sauber. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist auch toll!

Cons:

Ich habe über Booking ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht mit Twin Beds. Wobei ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass sie dann eine dritte Schlafmöglichkeit bereitstellen oder dass die Betten breit genug für zwei Personen sind. Die Betten sind aber höchstens 1,20m! Wir sind alle sehr schmal, daher hat das schon gepasst. Aber darauf muss man achten und das Personal am Eingang hat auch gar nicht nachgefragt, was ich seltsam fand.

Centralize and comfortable
Pros:

The location is very centralized, with a station just a 5-8 minute walk away. Lotte Department Store is just right behind, and the Seomyeon main commercial district is a 10-15 minute walk. You are not close to the noise but not far from all the activities. The hot tub fills and drains at a reasonable speed, and the room is overall spacious and comfortable

Nothing really qutie satisfied with my stay

快適なホテルをありがとうございました！
Pros:

全部良かったです！立地もよく近くにはなんでもありますし、部屋も広くて綺麗ですし掃除も行き届いていました。社長さんが良い方で美味しいお店を案内してくれたりして助かりました、次釜山に来たらまたお世話になります。

地點真的很方便，從西面站走過來大約 5～8 分鐘，附近有便利商店、餐廳、換錢所和 Olive Young，生活機能很好，逛街、吃飯都非常方便，晚上也很熱鬧。老闆很親切，入住前就提供很多旅遊資訊，CP值很高的一間飯店，下次來釜山還會選擇入住。
