Pros:

Lokasi yang strategik dan berdekatan dengan kemudahan lain.

Cons:

Kebersihan bilik (sampah penyewa lama tidak dibuang dan dikemas).
Stay untuk 5 hari 4 malam, tidak buat housekeeping walaupun telah dimaklumkan.

- the male receptionist is very friendly and helpful 😁
- room is comfy enough
- everyhting is on 2nd floor is convenient!

Cons:

- airconditoner seems to not work well
- better direction to get to the ballroom's front entrance. My friends and I ended up backstage instead 😅
- we had a slight mishap where there was a blackout, hotel should install backup generator for this

Im happy and satisfied
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfying, quite comfortable room eventhough looks a bit oldie, good location. Im happy with what i paid

I had a very pleasant stay, which made my work trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a pleasant stay at Ritz Garden Hotel Manjung! The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
The location is also very convenient as the hotel is right next to the mall, making it super easy to grab food, shop, or get anything we need.
