The room a bit dirty, safe lock not open and the phone not working. Need to go down and inform receptionist and wait for the assistance come to my room.

Pros:

Staff never check the room before we check in. No complete towel and floor mat provided. After ask them only bring. Enter room one kind of wetness smell.

Escale agréable au Ritz Garden Hôtel Manjung
Pros:

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel - Nous avons eu un problème de transport et Emy nous a aidé pour trouver un autre moyen de transport et nous a accompagné à la station de bus
Le personnel du lobby était aussi très aimable et nous avons au restaurant qui était très bon

Cons:

L’hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation et d’un coup de neuf

The stay was below expectations due to cleanliness issues, limited amenities, and unsatisfactory customer service
Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not find anything particularly enjoyable about the property, as the cleanliness, facilities, and service were below expectations.

Cons:
