Very pleasant stay - we were upgraded to a room with a park view!

Excellent location on Royal Park and opposite a tram stop so easy access to the city which is also walkable. Lovely rooms especially those with a park view.

Delightful. I’d love to stay here again.

I particularly loved the art of David Larwill which was very much on display throughout the building.

I had a bath but couldn’t reach the body wash. I would have liked some handy soap.

Great studio and good value for money
Pros:

Room was spacious, and pleasantly surprised by an exercise mat which was put to good use .
Decor and location were excellent, and easy to commute into town

Cons:

I thought the mattress was a bit soft, but maybe my personal preference
