Just the restaurant close on the weekend dinner really love to have lovely meals when stay but its close disappointing but its ok.

Great comfortable stay, I wished I’d eaten in the restaurant, definitely will next time!
Pros:

Great location for what we needed! Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

If I had to say something it would just be that the bathroom drain was a little smelly, we fixed this by putting the bath mat over it!

Location was excellent right next to the Royal Childrens Hospital

Nothing not to like as we only really slept there as our grandson was in hospital

Cons:

After many stays it was the first time a few things were missed in cleaning, the tv remote was filthy dirty and one of the bedside tables was dirty.

Due to being busy we had the accessibility room so the shower was a bit tricky for us taller people and water harder to contain on the floor, but nothing wrong.

Staff were lovely and the facilities were great!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. I loved the artefacts that that they had on site to have a look at. We didn’t stay because we needed to be at the hospital, but it is obviously a very convenient location. It feels so calm and serene in there accomodation, very welcoming.
