Pros:

Was perfect been right at the hospital

Cons:

That there was only a small bin in the bathroom. Would be nice to have a bigger bin in the kitchen area especially for families staying

Great location, well thought out hotel . Will stay again
Pros:

The cafe where breakfast is served is lovely. The room was very clean with a nice minibar. Staff were so helpful and the parking was just great. All this made for a really great stay. Thanks and will be back .

Clean, comfortable, so accessible for anyone at the royal childrens hospital
Pros:

Stayed here as we were at the royal children’s hospital. It was absolutely amazing to stay in a hotel that was accessible from the hospital car park. The staff were so helpful and responsive. The room was so comfortable, clean and welcoming. The perfect stay for overtired stressed out parents with a sick child :(
