Pretty disappointing
Pros:

I liked that I could check in after 12am, however we were required to be out at 12pm the same day.

We requested check out for later yet our sleep was interrupted not once but twice.

The first time someone entered our room at 10am, I just hit my rem cycle. The second time around 11am someone tried opening the door.

Again. We arrived at midnight. We requested a late check out and we were told we would be accommodated but the level of disrespect I experienced from having my sleep interrupted TWICE is simply unacceptable.

I don't appreciate paying close to R1000 for less than 12 hours that we spent in the room.

Cons:

Not value for money at all.

Nice stay, Night shift personnel was nice to us but the morning shift ladies were so hard to engage
Pros:

Location and Nkateko's service was outstanding.

Cons:

Room had cockroaches and they couldn't provide doom for that.
