I didnt like the fact that the gentleman at the front desk battled to spell simple English words, he put me down as a Mr instead of Mrs, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the aircon kept switching off, the shower head needs changeing, it sprays all over. We were not told about the ironing facilities, it just wasn't good at all. Then we report on checkout that we broke a glass and would like to pay for it and got a lecture about the glasses come in a 6 pack and it costs R260 for 6. Telling us that next time we break 1 we will pay for 6. This time we off the hook.......we felt like naughty school kids and we really didnt appreciate that. We will never be staying at any Road Lodges ever again.Our first impression was terrible.
