Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige lage, schöner Pool, zum Essen und shoppen wird man mit dem Golf Cart zu denn nahe gelegenen möglichkeiten gebracht, 30 min zum Flughafen.

Honestly, this hotel was just perfect. Very peaceful, quiet, beautiful, with a nice breakfast. My apartment was amazing, and I had so much fun at the night market nearby. The food as the room service was great, and the staff was kind.

Cons:

For first-timers in Bangkok, the location can be far from everything. That was my 2nd time in the city, so I was ok to stay relaxing around the hotel area, but each time I needed to go more central, I was for almost 1h in the taxi (and you need to pay a toll for the highway). Something to consider.

Relaxing and beautiful property, with friendly staff.
Pros:

The landscaping and water features are beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Furniture and mattress poor quality - even for a hotel - and most of all, uncomfortable. The arm of our small chaise lounge was broken.

Prachtig hotel met goede bediening en service
Pros:

Mooie, ruime kamer met grote badkamer en balkon met zicht op de prachtige tuin met zwembad. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijke bediening in het hotel. We kregen kosteloos een upgrade omdat we bij binnenkomst op onze eerste kamer een hagedisje huisde die ze niet te pakken kregen. Omdat we vroeg vertrokken kregen we een uitgebreid ontbijtpakketje mee. Goede service.

Cons:

Bij aankomst in het donker leek de locatie wat unheimisch gelegen. Bij daglicht zag dat er echter een stuk beter uit. Een 7-Eleven op loopafstand evenals een shoppingmall. De afstand naar het vliegveld is toch nog 25 minuten met de auto ondanks dat we zochten op een hotel in de buurt van vliegveld. Verder geen probleem als je daar rekening mee houdt.

Ruhiges Apartment ab vom Schuss
Pros:

Sehr ruhig. Großes Zimmer. Etwas außerhalb aber viele Restaurants und ein Nachtmarkt in der Nähe. Allein das Einstellen der Wassertemperatur beim Duschen nacht Probleme. Toller Pool.

Cons:

Die Dusche lässt sich von der Temperatur her schwer regulieren.

My family love it, and if we will stay here again if there is an opportunity to come back to Bkk
Pros:

I love that hotel stand in a big land, full of trees and fish pond. It is unlike any other hotel at Bkk city, it is not far from the busy road and a mall, but it has a feel like you are staying at tranquil villa out of nowhere. Hotel also provide a free buggy rides to the nearest mall.
We are staying in 2 floors accommodation, there is a full kitchen upstairs equipped with full refrigerator, and another smaller pantry downstairs. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
The breakfast are lovely, all the food taste good, although it is not dozens of variety foods, but I found it enough and satisfying.

Cons:

Most of the staff have a very limited english (not all), although it is not very disturbing, but is it is better if they can actively communicate with us. Especially at the restaurant/breakfast.
