I would stay here again staff were very helpful.
Pros:

It was on a bus route which was good due to the tube strike and was close to tube when not on strike.

There was nothing to not like.

Excellent breakfast, good location, beautiful setting and friendly service.
Pros:

We got an upgrade so our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room's air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot when we were in London. However, we were given a cooling machine, which helped. The bath is slippery and my husband hurt his coccyx.

It was good, just little thing that good have made the stay that little more special weren’t there.
Pros:

Great central location.

Cons:

Hair dryer was tethered to a draw and didn’t work. Air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to a lower setting without having to contact reception. The fridge was pretty useless.

Pros:

Staff really lovely, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very good and portions huge! Poached eggs were perfectly cooked. Building is beautiful and room was compact but had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was great, near buses and tubes and 10 minutes from the Thames path.

Cons:

The pillows were hard and the bed needed a top sheet rather than just a duvet as it was so hot.
