Important information:

For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information prior to your arrival:

• Check-In Requirements: Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Guests under 21 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. During the month of March, guests under 25 years old must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in.

• Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.

• Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle (first parking space) at $12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged $20 plus tax per night.

• Resort Fee: A $10 plus tax resort fee per night applies.

• Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

• Early Check-In / Late Arrival: Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. If you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please notify us in advance.

• Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently located on Flamingo Road, less than an 8-minute walk from the property.

• Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is not complimentary and must be scheduled in advance by calling 954-568-6011.

• Pet Policy: A pet fee of $100.00 plus taxes per night applies. This fee is collected at check-in along with the security deposit, resort fee, and parking fee. Only dogs are allowed, subject to availability. The maximum weight allowed is 40 pounds per dog.

• Package Policy: The property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages free of charge prior to your arrival. Additional packages may incur a surcharge. Please note that packages received after check-in are not subject to storage fees.

I was very unhappy with the way this situation was handled. The security guard knocked on our door at 11:00 PM in a very aggressive manner, as if we were being sought by the police, simply to inform us that our vehicle was not parked correctly.

The proper way to handle this situation would have been for the office to call our room and notify us, rather than knocking on our door while we were asleep. We were startled and awakened in the middle of the night for an issue that could have been resolved in a much more professional and respectful manner.

This experience was completely unpleasant and inappropriate for guests who are trying to rest. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way these situations are handled in the future.

If your looking for a spring break sketchy old florida, hotel this is it. Booking tricks you because one side of the hotel is nice, but then the building to the left makes you question your own survival. Tinted windows half peeled away w carpeted outdoor walk ways. I took my kids and we went to the pool in the nice side it was a full on smoke party fest..so no pool for us. The pool in my building is right adjacent to the parking lot, so another no thanks.
Not recommended unless you just need a cheap hotel and you choose the building that has the check in and not the other building

The staff were so friendly.
The rooms were kept very clean.
You could always find someone to help you with anything you need.
The pool was kept very clean.

Cons:

There were no stores close enough to buy groceries. The Winn-Dixie had just closed two weeks prior to our visit.
The good news is they plan on putting an Aldi's there soon.

The building, the environment need fixing, renovations. You showed us this beautiful building with romantic lights all over,but it's not all that beautiful when I came there, so I was a bit disappointed. And we spend so much money for the room.
