Pros:

Belle taille de chambre, bel environnement et bonne situation ( au bord du lac près d’une plage), parking pour se garer.

Cons:

chambre au premier étage juste au dessus des cuisines et poubelles : réveil à l’aube par la préparation et mise en place du petit déjeuner… cela a quelque peu gâché notre passage et première nuit de vacances.

Frente al lago

Cons:

Mi hija cayo delante de la puerta en parking. Perdio mucho sangre y la chica de recepcion solo dio un anticeptico nada mas. Es incredible que un hotel de 300 euros la habitacion no tenga por lo menos una maletita de socoro. Incluso creo que es obligatorio. No tenian absolutamente nada!

Séjour très agréable .
Pros:

Tout était parfait . Excellente localisation face au lac et près du centre - Possibilité d'y aller à pied. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et très bon. Personnel très gentil et serviable.

Agradable hotel familiar junto al lago
Pros:

Muy bien situado, con vistas al lago muy relajantes
Hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, lo que le hace muy familiar.
Largo horario de desayuno matutino, se hace relajante para días de ocio. y descanso
Muy cerca del centro de Hosseggor. Todo a mano.
Muy amable el personal.

Cons:

Hay muchos pequeños detalles a mejorar, teniendo en cuenta que son tres estrellas y la habitación es cara. Por ejemplo, en el baño no hay donde colgar las toallas; están fundidos o no funcionan los enchufes junto a la cama. El servicio de limpieza intenta no limpiar la habitación, o bien preguntando si quieres que limpien o bien declarando "un día especial de no limpieza". La nevera apenas enfría. El parking es gratuito y se llena de coches, que no con clientes, por lo que a la noche acabas buscando un sitio para aparcar entre las calles.

Pros:

El desayuno, la habitación que tenía balcón y el personal de recepción y del bar.

Cons:

Horario limitado del bar, tienen que mejorar los pasillos y no hay personal por la noche.

Bel endroit où l’on est bien accueilli, donnant envie de revenir.
Pros:

Emplacement incroyable. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, dont du pastis landais et du gâteau basque: top! Jus d’orange pressé à la demande.

Une seule borne et encore , en fait un branchement sur secteur , est tout à fait insuffisant d’autant que des véhicules mon électriques stationnent sur cet emplacement unique !
