Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, und die Straßenbahn ist ganz in der Nähe und bringt einen schnell überall hin.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ibrahim an der Rezeption. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Er hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank, Ibrahim! 😊

앨리베이터가 없고 좁은 방과 늦은 조식
Pros:

위치는 유적지 근처고 공원도 있어 괜찮았다.

Cons:

계단도 가파른데 앨리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 3층까지 올라가기 힘들었다. 특히 다락방? 인지 맨 꼭대기에 있는 방은 너무 좁고 보일러 선까지 외부로 노출되어 있어어 제대로 된 방도 아니라고 생각했다. 다른 방으로 바꿔 주긴 했지만 그 방도 좁은 편이었다.
조식도 8시 30분이라 너무 늦었고 버스 시간 사정을 말하니 8시에 서비스 하긴 했지만 뷔폐식도 아닌 단품이라 아쉬웠다.

It is just excellent!
Pros:

The staff are helping with any problem and solve it fast. This is the nice location with clean rooms, close enough to the city centre. The nice square is just in front of window.

Cons:

The internet connection may be better. But for our case this is not too essential.

A fantastic stay with warm hospitality, great service, and convinience.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Golden Gate Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A massive special mention to Ibrahim, who was an absolute legend! He went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

Clean hotel, nice location, reasonable cost.
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel; it is located in a calm city, and nearby you can get all sorts of transportation from the tram station to the bus stops and also markets and restaurants. I loved the reception staff; they were really helpful. I would want to give particular mention to Ms. Nazli Can Yilmaz, who speaks proficient English and who treated us with the greatest standards of respect and elegance.
It's a very clean hotel, and you don’t hear any noise, particularly vehicle noise. Outside the hotel, there is a great location to relax and have a delicious breakfast.
The hotel rates were very reasonable considering the hotel's prime location.

Cons:

The bathroom was somewhat small; I wished there was a balcony through which we could open the windows and breathe in the pleasant air.
