Die Unfreundlichkeit der Kollegin Frau D. von der Schichtleitung. Sie wird sehr schnell aggressiv und von Umgang und Geduld mit ausländischen Gästen kann sie absolut nicht umgehen. Ich empfehle ihr einen Bürojob, wo sie nichts mit Gästen zu tun hat.
