Insomma...
Pros:

Ottima SPA inclusa nel prezzo: direi ben proporzionata per il tipo di hotel, completa e ben strutturata. Apprezzabile il dispenser delle bevande invece delle solite tisane in bustina: gusti a scelta e davvero molto buoni, mai trovato in altri hotel. L'unico "difetto" è la mancanza dei classici aromi che si sentono nelle SPA.
Ampio parcheggio, in parte coperto.

Cons:

Non uso mai nulla ma il frighetto vuoto non ha molto senso. Cmq comodo per rinfrescare le proprie bevande.
Non c'era bollitore e bustine di te in camera; non sarà un obbligo ma ultimamente lo si trova anche nei 3 stelle.
Sul water mancava il sigillo d'igiene.
Privacy sul balcone ZERO: cioè vedevo gli ospiti delle tre camere accanto. Inoltre lasciando la finestra del bagno aperta il vicino ha la completa visuale riflessa sullo specchio sul lavandino. Cmq non mi sembra che su tutti i lati i balconi fossero uguali.
La posizione non è delle migliori, si trova in prossimità di un strada molto trafficata.
Altri dettagli: un solo cestino rifiuti fra camera e bagno, non c'è la merenda in hotel, l'acqua sul lavandino faticava ad andare giù.
La cena: tutti piatti che si trovano anche dietro casa; discreti ma semplici e scontati.
La colazione buona, nella norma, ma... mai stato in un posto che non ti mettono nemmeno una tovaglietta di carta! Cioè le posate erano sul tovagliolo ed il tovagliolo appoggiava direttamente sul tavolo di legno: IGIENE=0 (mi viene da pensare che vengono passati tutti i giorni ma con uno straccio vengono passati più tavoli?!). Ed ancora più incredibile è che c'erano 5 o 6 tavoli su un gradino rialzato che avevano sia tovaglia che tovaglietta sia a colazione che a cena (gli atri avevano SOLO a cena un specie di tovaglietta rigida in pelle). Probabilmente i tavoli degli ELETTI... Personalmente non ho mai trovato una cosa del genere...

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo due notti, avevamo prenotato una junior suite, e ci é stata assegnata una family. La camera è arredata in modo moderno, super pulita. La spa e la piscina due chicche, bellissime, siamo riusciti a beccare anche il maestro di sauna e ci ha fatto vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile con aufguss, bagno di suoni e scrub in bagno turno. La colazione super abbondante e la cena impeccabile. Tutto lo staff super disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Sejour dans les dolomites
Pros:

L'emplacement central dans la vallée. Les chambres récemment rénovées. Les équipements et la taille du SPA. La qualité des plats proposés dans la formule demi pension. La gentilles du staff. La grande taille du parking

Very relaxing, beautiful.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent, dinner is very good, although not for everyone taste, but there are some restaurant in walkable distance. The spa area is one of the best. The room has everything for a good night sleep: it is clean, proper sound isolation, and a very good bed. The hotel location is also excellent for skiing and hiking, many spots being in 30 minutes driving range.

Cons:

really, only the glass door at the bathroom is not on my taste, some thing are meant to be private, and a glass sliding door does not isolate anything.

Hotel eccezionale. Siamo stati in questa struttura un paio di settimane fa, solo un paio di giorni, come pausa durante un viaggio e sono stati due giorni meravigliosi che ci hanno lasciato la voglia di tornare e restare più giorni. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, con tutti i confort (addirittura la borsa col kit asciugamani, accappatoi da portare in piscina e spa). Colazione eccellente, con tanta scelta, dal dolce, al salato, cornetti e torte di tutti i tipi e soprattutto fatti in casa (non prodotti industriali). Cena favolosa con 5 portate e il ricco buffet. Ottima la cantina. Spa e piscina spettacolari, con la meravigliosa vetrata sulla piscina. Personale gentile, disponibile, ottima accoglienza. Posizione comoda, si può lasciare la macchina e non muoverla più. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente torneremo
