If you want an economical hotel with location close to shopping, bars etc, this is the hotel for you
Pros:

The entire Staff were kind, friendly, respectful and couldn't do enough to please.

Friends stayed there around 5 years ago. They spoke very highly of the hotel and encouraged us to stay there but it just didn't meet the standard they or we expected.


I got the feeling that maybe the hotel had become a little run-down at some point and a great attempt to upgrade gardens, rooms etc was underway.

Cons:

Sadly the bed was very uncomfortable. I had problems with my legs from day 2. I didn't realise what the problem was until we left the hotel and the issue with my legs improved.

The wardrobe door creaked loudly every time we opened or closed it.

The towels were not bright white, instead very dull.

Pros:

La localisation près de tout, la belle et grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable,la terrasse, la piscine, les jolis extérieurs.

Cons:

Désagréables odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner très bon au niveau des plats salés et fruits frais mais les viennoiseries sont dures et rassies.
Les tortues dans le petit bassin semblent à l'étroit, surtout sur le petit carré installé pour qu'elles puissent sortir de l'eau se reposer... Il leur en faudrait au moins un autre, voire un bassin plus grand 🙏

A Legian Gem - close to everything
Pros:

The location is great in Legian. Pool is lovely & when just adults - it’s pleasant. Many pool chair hogs that stake their spots ( sometimes table & deck chairs) early in the day & for most of the day despite not swimming. Staff are exceptional. Food is a good standard & prices very reasonable.
