2nd time stay here and everything was as expected. Nice stay with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Decent room with private balcony, bathroom, and fast wifi. Location was decent and around 20-25 minutes away by walking from the Night Market/Old Town. Location very close to Bus Terminal 1 from where you can catch the airport bus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My AC was initially not working but the front-desk staff took care of it and were helpful. Nothing to complain about; everything was decent and as shown in booking.com.

Emplacement bien situé. Proche du vieux phuket , des restaus, des épiceries ou supermarchés.
Personnel bienveillant et accueillant.
Chambre confortable et très bon équipement, très propre et linge de bain changé chaque jour.

Percent location, very warm and welcoming staff, clean and beautiful hotel …nearby the market … very safe and secure ..👍

Wanita - was very helpful and proactive to make us comfortable and lookafter us … all the staff was welcoming..

Fiyat-Performans olarak 1-2 günden fazlasını tavsiye etmem. Ancak tüm çalışanlar mükemmel.
Pros:

1-Çalışanlar harika, çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Onlar sayesinde günüm güzelleşti. Her birine tek tek teşekkür ederim. 2-2-Kahve, çay, su gün boyu var ve ücretsiz. Oturma alanları, bahçesini çok sevdim.
3- Odalar çok büyük ancak yatak ve yatağın etrafında olan mobilya da çok büyük.
4- Tüm çalışanlar :) gerçekten onlar olmasa üzülürdüm.

Cons:

tesis genel olarak eski ve bazı önemli handikaplar var.
1- banyo perdesi yada kabin yok. Duş su basıncı iyi değil ve duş başlıkları eski moda. Dolayısıyla küvette duş alınca tüm banyo ıslanıyor ve rahat bir duş keyfi yok.
2- Klima motoru çok gürültülü. Ancak kapatarak uyuyabildim ama halen komşu klima motorlarının sesi çok yüksekti.
3- Buzdulabı da çok sesli çalışıyordu. Birkaç gece fişini çekmem gerekti.
4- Aynı şikayetleri 7 kişilik grubumuz yaşadı.

Pros:

Location perfect for town centre and Sunday walking market. Most friendly staff ever. Family room was perfect for our needs. Free hit drinks and water appreciated.
