Huge rooms good location
Aging and bubbled carpet in room and corridors, and that parking isn’t subsidised for guests
The room was large & comfortable. Bathroom good. Nice breakfast.
Room a bit dated but I suppose that was reflected in the price.
Work going on in reception area meant a number workmen around. Not that relaxing.

The location was great for us attending the albert hall. Room was big , prefer a bigger bed only a small double.
I was disappointed it is advertised as a 4 star but was not . very basic rooms , carpets are all bleached stained , Its being renovated in parts at the minute . Breakfast was ok.

everything, room was the best i’ve ever had king suite and the value for money was incredible and the receptionist was brilliant helped us with everything and a perfect location.

Great location for walking into the centre
Very noisy, next to train station so trains braking through the night. The walls are like paper. We could hear every word of the people chatting in the room next door.
There were no plates, cutlery or anything to enable use of the kitchen area.
Very comfy room, super helpful staff and overall lovely stay!

Still being furnished so workmen about the hotel early morning, this wasn’t mentioned before booking

The room was excellent. I was upgraded to a mezzanine with a kitchenette including a fridge. There were also two bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs which made it a very pleasant experience.
Nothing, it's one of my favourite hotels, and that's down to a combination of the staff friendliness and the welcome they give, the location and the facilities.
Location, staff, it was good.
Air con unit dripping throughout the night. Didn’t stop regardless air con on or off. Staff in the morning were helpful but can’t see much being done at 3am
