Great Location and value for money
Small details
Really lovely welcome when we arrived.
Room was lovely and clean.
All staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
.
Nothing everything was great
Best Location, Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, very comfortable bed, Fast Check in. Close to the city Centre
Nice sized rooms
Was a little far away from the shops, lots of bleach stains on carpets and room wasn't serviced once in a 3 night stay
I loved the room size and an important factor for me when lodging in a hotel is having clean sheets and towels. Ainscow met my expectation.
None I can think of.
Spacious room
Close to town but far enough out to not be congested
We got our car broken into on car park opposite hotel - no warning when said there’s been a few issues there lately - maybe best to tell your customers this prior to them parking???
Location, history, car park
Water pressure difficult to manage in the shower.
Hotel had only just reopened so some small issues - but which the staff quickly remedied.
Room was decent enough - comparable to low-budget options like Travelodge and Holiday Inn etc. Quiet at night.
Breakfast was average. Coffee machine was broken and limited vegetarian options available. Veggie sausages were undercooked "veggie mash". Television was set to Love Island at a loud volume.
No shower gel in the pump bottle on the wall. Very mouldy bath mat. Bath/ shower hard to get in and out of as the lip of the bath is a wall.
Great
