I had an issue with the Room access card but we decided the door latch might have been the problem. Staff were very helpful in trying to solve the problem.

Memorable stay with excellent reception staff
Pros:

On arrival, the receptionist, young lady checked me early as it was a cold morning, this was really appreciated. Very good breakfast and hotel located in a quite place
