sehr sympathisches Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr sympatische Hotelleitung und Personal.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es ist schwierig, mit dem Auto zum Hotel zu kommen, hinter uns stauten sich die Autos, als wir die Koffer ausluden. Die Hotelleitung hat uns mit der Empfehlung eines Parkhauses schon bei der Buchung sehr geholfen.

Beautiful building, minutes away from the Cathedral
Pros:

Beautiful, historic building situated in a great location very close to the Cathedral. The room was really comfortable and enhanced by a beautiful terrace from which we could see the Cathedral. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there were lots of lovely cafes to have breakfast very close by.

Cons:

Staff were ok, but just think we were a bit spoilt by the staff in some of the other hotels where we stayed during out trip round Andalucia.

Nice Property In A Terrific Location
Pros:

We thought this hotel was in a fantastic location. So close to the cathedral and Alcazar Palace. Plus plenty of other sights, restaurants and shops available within walking distance.

We were able to leave our luggage with them upon arrival and go off to do our tour. The building is very beautiful with tiles and an open courtyard in the middle. And a bonus was the elevator to help get bags to our rooms.

Our room wasn't what we expected after seeing so many on the website that looked fresh and airy. As you can see from our pictures, ours had no outside window, so it was quite dark. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was ok - could likely do with some updating.

The room was basic, but it suited our needs for sleeping, and we loved the city centre location. If staying here again, we would ask for a different room location.

When we return to Sevilla we would like to stay again!
Pros:

The hostess that checked us in was very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Although we had an itinerary, made some suggestions that made our visit to Seville much more memorable. She gave us a walking map pointing out key attractions and how to organize a self walking tour to maximize the experiences. She made recommendations on which Flemenco show to see and made our reservations and several dining locations which were excellent!!

Hotel stay
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, very quaint. The staff were all, without exception, very friendly and very helpful. I asked for recommendations for places to eat and they gave me excellent choices. I had forgotten my plug adaptor, and they kindly lent me one for the duration of my stay. My room size was just right for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. Location was perfect, with all the major sites within walking distance. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here.

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor with very little natural light. I could also hear all the comings and goings of everyone and their conversations.
As the elevator was just outside my door, I could hear the "ding" of the elevator every time someone used it. My wardrobe had no hangers so I could not hang up my clothes.
