Need a nearby place to stay coz my friend and I were watching a gig at 12 Monkeys Estancia.
This is just walking distance to Estancia, this place is inside a gated community so it was safe walking around and leaving the car at the hotel.
DOWNSIDE is, we didn't know that the gate fronting Estancia would close and that there is no pedestrian gate :(
We had to walk all the way to Shaw blvd to get to the main entrance.
Would still recommend this place if you need a budget hotel to stay when you're in the area of Estancia.

Rooms are just right, cold aircon, TV, cable, small space for your things.... CR is a bit dated but clean and has hot and cold shower.
Just right if you just need a place to stay and take a shower.

It is easy to book this place and very convenient and accessible to other places related to administrative or business-related area.

Few steps to Estancia!

somewhat outdated but the location isn't good at all too... so much outside open cooking next door by locals that smoke constantly comes up into the room. The guy has a small eatery and fries up pork and such all day long. There is also a guard and check point you have to stop for when entering. A few times our grab car was turned back. It was a nightmare we had to walk al ong way in the hot boiling sun ouside the gate and book. One of the female staff was also rude to use for no reason but we didn't report it. Other hotels in the area we had a better experience.

There are some serious problems with this hotel. Some are: It's old now and mattresses and air cond units are, according to the manager, 12 years old. Two of the three reception staff need to be trained properly and are somewhat moody and unprofessional. At night, there's always a cock roach invasion. You better place your toothbrush in your suitcase and zip it tight. Other guests also complained about this. Also, staff will listen to you but ofter won't take action, which kicks it up to the manager which often makes excuses. Another problem is it's in a gated neighborhood and at times securty won't allow Grab cars to enter! The address is listed as Ortigas Center business district but that's not really accurate. It's a long way from Ortigas. It's just in the very back corner. If you need to be in Ortigas don't book here, it's too far away. My advice is to look for something with less problems.

Outside hotel there was a place we can eat

Location is cental to the Pasig commercial area, the pricing is absolute value for money, and the people were awesome - friendly ladies behind the counter, quick service, courteous security and maintenance staff.

Inside, the room looked and smelled clean. The only red flag was that there was a towel hanging at the back of the bathroom door which suggests the washroom may not have been thoroughly taken care of. The hand soap and shampoo dispensers also ran out within a few uses, which meant it was not replenished prior to our stay.

The bed was large, very comfortable, and more than adequate beddings - blanket, pillows. The A/C unit was old fashioned but worked really well. The hallways were also clean and quiet, the lone elevator worked well and was fast, too.

My daughter and I had a very comfortable stay and checkin / checkout was easy. This place is a good option if you need somewhere to stay in the general area.
