Pros:

Great place, nearby everything! Have a cafe. Get complimentary drinks and guests get 20% off. Just the water pressure is very low during night to early morning. Im not sure why. Other than that, all superb! Good value for momey.

Cons:

View from room is not great, but with so many things to do in Chiang Mai , this didn't bother me at all.

I cannot say enough good things about the Peaberry Boutique! Not only are the rooms clean and beautiful, it is also in a perfect location. I would be remiss to not mention the most wonderful part of this hotel — its staff. From the second we arrived, we were greeted with so much kindness. It made our stay in Chiang Mai all the more special. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️ p.s. there is a sweet resident cat named Luna, whom we adored.

這是第二次回住了~住宿地點雖不在熱鬧地區上~但飯店環境真的很好~看的出業主真的很用心~飯店附近有很多當地的小店可以吃吃逛逛買買~所以真的很推薦~

Ok value for money, but a bit outdated and not well maintained hotel with may geckos running around

What a great place to stay with lovely modern boutique style decoration. The staff are fantastic and so helpful with providing information about places to visit/restaurants etc . Lovely spacious clean room/bathroom and large bed. Close to many restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Added bonus is the cafe at the front of the building for breakfast/lunch and great coffee. Rooms are quiet at night.

This was my first time at The Peabody, and I'll be back again. The staff are exceptional, The rooms clean, and they have a very nice little restaurant in the lobby. The location is as central as can be, and quiet.
