Great place for a cool night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Loved the overall environment.

Cons:

The internet connection. I needed to do some work actually. So my phone could connect to the internet, i could access the internet via some of my apps, but some apps don't work and kept showing that im offline. Kinda weird. Phone data doesn't work too. Once im out of the lodge area, it's better.

Pros:

No pusieron en una habitación en la planta baja y nos encontramos bichos y una cucaracha en la cama. Enseguida accedieron a cambiarnos a una habitación en alto que era bonita, luminosa y cómoda. Además tenía una terraza con vistas a la selva preciosa. Muy relajante la estancia en la montaña. Se ve el Kinabalu desde la terraza. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lo complicado que era el transporte en ese lugar. No hay grab y todo se ralentiza. Pero las recepcionistas te ayudan en todo momento a llamar a un taxi.

Absoluter Horror.

Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Es war wirklich Horror. Als würde man bei Jeffrey Dahmer wohnen. Wer hier mehr als 1 Stern gibt hat vermutlich das teuerste Zimmer genommen… Wir haben uns in ganz Asien noch nie so unwohl gefühlt wie in diesem Zimmer. Wir haben unsere Sachen nicht ausgepackt, nicht geduscht, das Zimmer so lange wie nur möglich gemieden. Haben dann nach einer Nacht entschieden einfach auszuchecken und die 2.Nacht einfach weg zu lassen für die wir bereits bezahlt haben. Das Personal hat auch nicht mal nachgefragt was los ist, als wir 1 Tag früher ausgeheckt haben.

Wonderful and Worth the pay
Pros:

The staff are all so nice and friendly. We can leave our luggage’s during the hike at Mount Kinabalu we can also order lunch for the hike and they even helped arrange transportation to the Kinabalu HQ.
Basic toiletries are all except tooth brush and toothpaste, there are slippers, towels, toilet paper etc

Cons:

Nothing to dislike if you want to experience staying in authentic kampung house.

Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht op de berg, mooie natuur. Verwacht geen luxe resort. Het is een mooie lodge, maar eenvoudig en goed. Wel gehorig dus maak niet teveel lawaai voor elkaar. Goede uitvalsplek voor park en andere activiteiten!!

Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nur 20 Minuten Fußweg weg vom Nationalpark, die Straße ist jedoch voller Hunde, so dass es unangenehm sein kann zu laufen. Man kann jedoch einen Transport organisieren, was sehr gut klappt.
