Pros:

The Mercure Hotel I've stayed at before. A reasonable sized room Clean and comfy bed. Staff were excellent and assisted me with arranging for a taxi and setting wifi on my phone. All with a smile. The only complaint was barely any hot water both late at night when I checked in and in the morning. Otherwise my stay was excellent.

Cons:

No hot water. Just tepid at night and next morning

Отель в последний момент, когда я с детьми была уже в пути , написал мне , что не сможет принять нас ночью, хотя до этого я дважды писала им о времени прибытия и получала подтверждения. Вразумительно никто не мог ответить почему так произошло и в течение долгого времени мне не давали ответ.Затем снова открыли.Я с чемоданами и с детьми ( одному из которых 2 года) вынуждена была в аэропорту заново искать и бронировать отель, что , мягко говоря, было не комфортно.

Pros:

La colazione a buffet con molta scelta. Per la parte salata i piatti offerti cambiavano tutti i giorni. Piscina disponibile all’ultimo piano della struttura ideale per passare qualche momento di relax. Ci sono due stazioni della metro a circa 500m e bus che collegano la zona con le attrazioni principali e l’aeroporto. Staff gentile.

Все было отлично! Прекрасное местоположение в пяти минутах от метро, недалеко от центра, чистые номера со всем необходимым, есть чайная станция (кофе, сахар, чай, сливки), удобные кровати и подушки, есть большой бассейн, чтобы поплавать после долгих прогулок днём. Завтрак отличный с хорошим выбором, все было вкусно!!! Можно смело бронировать, не ошибётесь, у нас был семейный номер со второй кроватью на втором этаже. Спасибо персоналу, нам все очень понравилось!

What I liked most about the property was the excellent housekeeping service. The room was cleaned daily, including mopping and sweeping, and towels were replaced every day. Tea, coffee, and other amenities were regularly replenished. Unlimited drinking water was available through the in-room water faucet, which was very convenient.
The hotel also provided toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as fresh slippers every day. The beds were neatly arranged daily, and the bed linens were changed every two days. Overall, the room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay plus infinity pool

Staff, particularly during breakfast time wasn’t good. They were serving as if they were obligating us. Food was ok - rice wasn’t cooked properly- same exp for 2 days.
Their gym has literally 2 equipments.
Swimming doesn’t have changing room. Rooms are very small compare to pics. Happy with services of Firouse and Fikri.

Cons:

At the time of booking, we had selected a family classic room which had a loft. At the time of arrival, we got a different room. We did feel like we were ripped off.

- stay was good but breakfast options can be better
- for one day, the cleaning guy just kept the door open for the entire day, good that nothing happened but things like this can be taken care of

Comfy bed, comfy pillows, clean room and bathroom, a separate tab in the room for endless filtered drinking water which is extremely convenient.
