Pool was so cold
Broke small glass by accident and staff asked me to pay that! Even I upgraded my room for 5 nights pay a good money them and they asked for small broking glass , upset about it

The room was large, the bed was super comfortable,the hot water was very hot and it was clean. The staff were lovely.
It is a little far from seminyak square but there is a shuttle. Also, there is a little noise from the road outside. Not significant unless some drunken people start singing 😄
