Cons:

Noise levels made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the overall standard was well below what we expected.
Customer service was also lacking. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. The property did not represent good value for money, and the experience fell far short of the standard advertised. This was the starting point for Sunway Safaris and would not use again if they continue to use that hotel.

A highly comfortable and reliable stay with impressive overall service.
Pros:

The overall service at the lodge was highly impressive and provided a much-needed relief during our local utility outages. The convenient location made it easy to manage our daily routine, and the breakfast was a great, hassle-free start to each day.

Cons:

Since we stayed here to escape outages at home, we found everything met our expectations perfectly and have no real complaints.
