My husband and I had a fantastic stay at South Beach for our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Tahlia helped arrange a personalized wine tour for us at the last minute and made sure it was perfectly curated to our preferences. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. The heated bathroom floors were an especially nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here!
The location was excellent, within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and major attractions such as Table Mountain. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and the security was top-notch, which made us feel very safe and comfortable.
I was quite surprised by the breakfast concept and the fact that we were expected to prepare our own breakfast. Frankly, I went on holiday to relax, and having to wake up earlier to cook breakfast myself was not the experience I expected from a hotel stay. Although staff were available to take care of the cleaning afterwards, the self-catering breakfast concept still took away from the relaxing and convenient holiday experience I was hoping for.
We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room was absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. Everything about our experience was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!
