Milý ochotný personál, Pokoj je sice malý, ale plně dostačující. Postele pohodlné.

Cons:

Zásadním nedostatkem byl hluk v pokoji, který brání spánku. Hluk z ulice silně proniká do pokoje. Každou noc ulice ucpané automobily dlouho do hluboké noci. Automobily neustále troubí.
Druhým podstatným nedostatkem byl zápach cigaret v celém pokoji, který se neustále šířil do pokoje, především z koupelny ventilačním systémem. Ač je hotel uváděn jako nekuřácký.

Really nice place just few steps from Ortaköy ferry terminal
Pros:

Great location: very close to Ortaköy ferry terminal, nearby the lively area with restaurants, shops etc

The room was tiny, but provided access to the balcony and a lovely view of Bosphorus from the window.
The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Everything else was nice and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

We had a very disappointing experience.
Pros:

They did not honor our reservation. They sent us to a hotel down the road that was not clean.
I am reviewing the place we stayed, because I can’t review the Ortakoy Aysem Sultan Hotel. The hosts were nice and the bed was comfortable. But there was mold all over the bathroom and it smelled bad.The room was very small for 3 people. I know it was a budget hotel, but it should have been clean and mold free.

Cons:

I did not appreciate being sent down the road to a dirty, smelly room.

Budget friendly accommodation in a good location
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent — very close to the Bosphorus, with easy access to the river and bridge, which was really nice. The apartment itself was clean, simple, and comfortable, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Cons:

I was expecting a hotel-style stay, but the accommodation felt more like an apartment building, which I didn’t enjoy as a solo traveller. The metal doors were very loud, and I was woken several times by neighbours coming and going.
The bathroom was not in good condition and really needs updating — I avoided using it more than necessary. I spent most of my time out and only returned in the evenings to sleep, which was manageable as I met friends while I was there.
This place may be suitable for travellers on a budget, but it wasn’t the right fit for me personally.
