Otel cok guzel bir yerdeydi konumu sahile 2 dakkalik mesafedeydi yuruyerek . Odalar guzeldi duş su felan her sey guzeldi. Kendilerine ait icecek su lari vardi istediyimiz kadar iciyorduk. Personel cok kibardi cok cana yakindilar Emre bey Metin bey cok samimiydiler cokda guzel ilgilendiler bizimle , kendimizi evde gibi hissetdik . Yine geliriz cok beyendik tavsiye ederim .
Ne sorununuz olursada sizinle ilgileniyorlar guzel sekilde sizi kotu durumda birakmiyorlar .

The room wasn't cleaned and the garbage wasn't emptied throughout my stay. A hotel like this is a complete disappointment for Booking.com.

La ubicación muy cerca del puente del Bosforo y las personas del hotel con bastante amables.

Milý ochotný personál, Pokoj je sice malý, ale plně dostačující. Postele pohodlné.
Zásadním nedostatkem byl hluk v pokoji, který brání spánku. Hluk z ulice silně proniká do pokoje. Každou noc ulice ucpané automobily dlouho do hluboké noci. Automobily neustále troubí.
Druhým podstatným nedostatkem byl zápach cigaret v celém pokoji, který se neustále šířil do pokoje, především z koupelny ventilačním systémem. Ač je hotel uváděn jako nekuřácký.

The room was tiny, but provided access to the balcony and a lovely view of Bosphorus from the window.

They did not honor our reservation. They sent us to a hotel down the road that was not clean.
I am reviewing the place we stayed, because I can’t review the Ortakoy Aysem Sultan Hotel. The hosts were nice and the bed was comfortable. But there was mold all over the bathroom and it smelled bad.The room was very small for 3 people. I know it was a budget hotel, but it should have been clean and mold free.
I did not appreciate being sent down the road to a dirty, smelly room.
