Ottima posizione
Pros:

Struttura centrale dalla quale si raggiungono tutti i posti da vedere in pochi minuti a piedi .
Stanze accoglienti e insonorizzate , bella vista sulla città . Colazione dolce e salata ma da migliorare
Staff gentile e disponibile

Cons:

scomoda la doccia poiché non essendoci la porta che di chiude l’acqua fuoriesce e allaga il bagno che è piuttosto piccolo.
Non c’è il bidet . Colazione da migliorare

The doors in the economy room are very old; as a result, they make a lot of noise whenever the door in the adjacent room is used. Especially if an inconsiderate person is staying in the room next to yours.

De locatie is uitstekend te noemen, direct aan het begin van de hoofdstraat midden in het stadscentrum. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het vliegveld met de metro, voor 0,80 cent reis je met de metro vanaf het vliegveld naar station Serdika. Dan nog een paar minuten lopen en je bent er.

Cons:

De kamer was oud, rook erg muf. De badkamer was ronduit vies! Bloedspetters van de vorige gasten zaten nog op de muren. De wand van het bad was bruin van het smeer. Deze bleek dan ook na 1 keer douchen verstopt te zijn. Dit werd overigens wel direct de volgende dag verholpen. De bedden waren kneiterhard en zaten onder de haren van waarschijnlijk de dame die de kamer had schoongemaakt. We hadden gelezen dat er koffie en theefaciliteiten waren. Er stond een oud verkalkt waterkokertje en twee kopjes. Meer was het niet. Ook zijn we zelf maar toiletpapier gaan kopen omdat deze ook niet werd aangevuld. De kraan bij de wasbak in de badkamer kwam amper water uit. Helaas waren wij er in een vakantieperiode waardoor de prijzen een stuk hoger lagen. We hebben deze wanorde aangekaart bij de receptie. We konden een betere kamer krijgen maar moesten dan wel weer de portemonnee trekken. Daar hebben we maar voor gepast. Ook bij in en uit lopen geen knikje of hallo van de receptionisten. Erg stug allemaal

Felaket!

Sadece konumu iyidi.

Cons:

Mesleğim gereği çok sık yurt dışı seyahatinde bulunuyorum dolayısıyla otel konaklamaları hakkında mütevazilik yapamayacağım kadar tecrübeliyim. Şunu belirtmek isterim ki konakladığım hatta 4. Kattaki odamı gördükten sonra konaklayamayıp derhal başka bir otele rezervasyon yaparak ayrıldığım otel. Çok çok eski, odası küçüçük banyoda nerdeyse duş alacak alanı bile yok! Bu otel hakkında nasıl olumlu yorumlar yapıldı anlamış değilim! Üzülerek belirtmek isterim ki felaket bir otel!

Staff were not nice, incompetent,sloppy breakfast, asked a few times for towels which they sorted but despite looking for a plug for the sink several times it never came.
No tea making facilities..
Trying to get into the bath was almost impossible for an elderly person
