Бях в реновирана стая. Имаше нужното за приятен престой. Отлична локация , чисто, любезен персонал, удобни легла.

Cons:

Често посещавам хотела. В част от случаите на паркинга на хотела няма места.

Es fühlte sich wie ein Scam an, wir haben was anderes erwartet, anhand der Bilder, bei der Buchung.

Die Lage war top, wir konnten von da alles gut erreichen

Cons:

Die Bilder haben nicht mit der Realität übereingestimmt. Das was wir da für ein Zimmer bekommen haben war dann ein sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren komplett enttäuscht. Dinge waren lose, das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe.

Cons:

La pulizia, la mancanza di molte cose in camera che qualunque hotel ti offre, ovvero cuffiette per i capelli da doccia e soprattutto la colazione, la torta che era rimasta il giorno prima con la Nutella asciutta. Attenzione non dico di buttare il cibo, ma pagando non mi sembra adeguato

Cogimos una habitación reformada y, aunque han perdido la esencia que tenía el hotel antes, tengo que reconocer que son mucho más cómodas. Las camas eran muy cómodas, el aire funcionaba perfectamente y estaba muy bien aislada del ruido exterior.
El desayuno bastante bien, muy completo. No tenía bollería, bizcochos o galletas, pero de lo demás tenía de todo. Eché en falta una leche sin lactosa o vegetal.

Cons:

Las habitaciones reformadas las han diseñado perdiendo mucho espacio útil y casi sin muebles para guardar cosas. El "armario" es minúsculo, por ejemplo y el baño antes era más amplio. Un muro enorme sin nada, sólo una mini barra para el café, le quita muchísimo espacio a la habitación. Para mi gusto se queda algo pequeña y al ser negras aún parecen menores.
En el desayuno no había opción de leche sin lactosa o vegetal.

Pros:

LA POSIZIONE è ECCELLENTE. PER IL BAGNO, DA ITALIANA, HO SENTITO LA MANCANZA DI UN Bidet O DI UNA DOCCETTA. LE CAMERE RINNOVATE SONO MOLTO CARINE, ANCHE SE HANNO RISERVATO POCO SPAZIO PER LA SISTEMAZIONE DEI VESTITI.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την εμπειρία μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κάνοντάς μας πολύ εύκολο να μετακινηθούμε και να εξερευνήσουμε την περιοχή.

Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν, το οποίο ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό. Μας παρείχαν την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση που θα μπορούσαμε να ζητήσουμε και ήταν πάντα φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Έκαναν πραγματικά το κάτι παραπάνω για να κάνουν τη διαμονή μας όσο το δυνατόν πιο ευχάριστη και χωρίς άγχος και εκτιμήσαμε πάρα πολύ όλη τη βοήθειά τους.

Συνολικά, είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα προτείναμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Θα μέναμε με μεγάλη χαρά ξανά εκεί!

תמורה מעולה למחיר ולמטרות שלשמם נולדה הנסיעה והשהייה בסופיה.

המיקום של המלון היה מעולה.
פשוט מיקום במרכז העי,ר קרוב לכל תחום תיירותי, לסיורים בעיר וגם אל מחוץ לסביבה העירונית.

Cons:

במלון שני סוגי חדרים, בקומות העליונות חדרים יפים מעוצבים חדשניים ובקומת הנמוכות יותר חדרים שעדיין לא שופצו לתצורת העיצוב החדשה.
פרקטיים מאוד אך בעיצוב וחומרים ישנים יותר.
זה הכל ענין של עלות מול תועלת. אנו שלא שהינו במלון מהלך היום, והגענו בערב להתקלח ולהניח את הראש לקראת המחר הבא. הסתדרנו עם התצורה הישנה.
