Leider lief die Lüftung in der Nasszelle nicht korrekt, was für unangenehme Gerüche gesorgt hat.
Dies war jedoch nicht so schlimm, so dass wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln mussten.

Do café da manhã, o Adriano maravilhoso, porem o cozinheiro uma porcaria, tudo que pedia vinha diferente do pedido e mal feito. As madeiras do hotel estão velhas e com pregos aparente. A limpeza do quarto não é feita com carinho e de forma adequada. Pedi uma decoração de flores no quarto e durante 3 dias ainda tinha flor no quarto. rs

Alles in allem ist das Hotel und der Service auf hohem Niveau, dennoch haben wir ein zwei Impulse, um das Gästeerlebnis noch auf ein neues Niveau zu bringen.

1. Die Bar. Die Qualität der gemixten Drinks war leider haarsträubend - wie in einer billigen Kneipe. Das kann durch eine gezielte Cocktail-Schulung einfach behoben werden, aber ist dringend empfohlen. Gerade der Caipirinha, ein Nationalgetränk muss beherrscht werden und nicht wässrig schmecken.

2. Das Personal ist zwar herzlich und freundlich, der Umgangston mit den Gästen für ein renomiertes Haus jedoch etwas zu locker (eher passend zu einem 3-4 Sterne Hotel). Bei einem 5* Etablissement erwarte ich eine gezielte Schulung bezüglich Aufmerksamkeit und der Art und Weise, wie der Gast auf seiner Journey begleitet wird. Wie gesagt: es war sehr gut! Aber noch nicht auf 5*-Niveau. Für uns war es okay, aber im direkten Vergleich zu den weiteren Hotels, die wir gebucht hatten, ist uns dies aufgefallen (das war das Apenunga Eco Hotel sowie das Gran Marquise in Fortaleza).

Pratiquement personne ne parle l’anglais .

Lo único que no estuvo a la altura fue el WiFi: pésimo, realmente pésimo. Prácticamente imposible conectarse desde cualquier lugar del hotel.

Tuve que tomar una videollamada laboral muy importante —porque soy una persona muy importante— desde la recepción, sentado como si estuviera haciendo un check-in de una hora. Una experiencia poco compatible con la madrina mágica que había diseñado el resto de mis vacaciones.

Honestly, I regret staying at this hotel. The rooms were outdated, and we found mold, which was really disappointing. The front desk staff seemed very young and inexperienced, and both the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow and disorganized. Aside from the pool and the location, there really isn't much that stands out about this property. I truly wanted to love it, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations.
