Won’t stay there again😕
Pros:

Staff at the hotel were helpful

Cons:

I booked shuttle from airport to the hotel, I had to walked all the way to the east lobby as directed but there’s no shuttle. At the end I had to take taxi on my own expense. Apparently I had to book via WhatsApp. But I did speak to somebody from the hotel via booking.com and they said they booked the shuttle for me.

Then when I arrived finally, the room was so hot as the ac was had a problem. But the fixed it quickly . The staff was excellent and apologetic.

The bathroom was soooo bad and dirty, at first the drain was blocked, but after sometimes it improved.

Great location to the airport
Pros:

Great location, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport. Parking is available, which is very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant and restful stay.

Cons:

My stay was generally okay, but there are several areas that need improvement.

The front desk staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. In Room 707, both the bath soap and hand soap dispensers were empty.

Additionally, the air conditioning in Room 701 was not cooling properly, which made the room uncomfortable. And there was only one pair of slippers provided. The toilet tissue supplied was also a very small roll.

I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Layover in Jakarta
Pros:

Wir sind am späten Abend in Jakarta (CGK) gelandet. Da wir bereits am Folgetag morgens weiterreisen mussten, haben wir mit dem Citadines Connect Airport Jakarta Hotel eine Unterkunft gefunden, die sich ca. 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen befindet. Es gab sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle durch das Hotel.

Die Unterkunft war sehr einladend, komfortabel und modern. Wir hatten vor Ort alles, was wir brauchten. In der Lobby gab es ebenso ein gemütliches Café, das zum Verweilen einlädt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden in einer ähnlichen Situation immer wieder auf das Hotel zurückgreifen.

Cons:

Es war alles super.

Hôtel proche aéroport parfait
Pros:

Hôtel confortable et proche de l’aéroport. Excellent rapport qualité prix si vous devez rester proche de l’aéroport pour une escale. L’hôtel est hyper propre, le personnel est adorable. Navette gratuite pour aller à l’aéroport. Restaurant correct avec room service 24/24, bon petit déjeuner.

C’était propre, literie très confortable, bien placé, proche de l’aéroport. Seul bémol : j’étais proche de l’ascenseur donc un peu dérangé par le bruit mais sans plus. C’était top.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait à 10mn de l’aéroport, hôtel très propre et très confortable, personnel agréable et réactif, service de navette aéroport est un vrai plus. Bref, hôtel parfait pour rester proche de l’aéroport.
