The location is near the airport, staff is professional and friendly.
More cleaning is needed: there are dead bugs and dust under the bed. The towels had some stains. The carpet in the alley is not clean

• Perfect for the stopover and couple days in Jakarta. 15 min Grab from Citra 8 lake and 1hr from PIK depending on traffic. The rooms are good, clean, spaceous, perfect shower, lovely staff. The chefs make delicious omlettes and there is a variety of asian and western breakfast. Take coffee directly from the bar – they make it well.
Toilet roll not replenished for the next day. I had to go reception.

This hotel is close to the airport, around 20 minutes by car. It is ideal for late-night arrivals and early morning flights. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the facilities are satisfactory.
