Lujo y amabilidad
Pros:

El alojamiento está cuidado al detalle. Todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable y atento para que todo estuviera en orden y se ofrecían para ayudarnos con nuestros planes sin ánimo de lucro. La piscina y las habitaciones impresionantes.

Cons:

Necesitas que te lleven y traigan si quieres ir al centro de Ubud pero con la furgoneta gratuita del alojamiento no es ningún problema. La llamas y en 15 minutos o menos la tienes.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Perfect location just out of Ubud (which is so busy - nice to come back to some peace and quiet). The staff were super helpful and even have a free shuttle into Ubud! Great breakfast and what a treat to have it delivered to the villa. Couldn’t recommend enough and would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Memorable stay in a beautiful Balinese setting with warm hospitality.
Pros:

Excellent service, friendly and warm staff. Breakfast was delicious, varied selections with generous portions. Property was very clean, extremely spacious villa with your own lap pool, surrounded by lush gardens. The room was beautifully decorated in the Balinese style. A/C worked really well.

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work in the villa (signal was weak and kept dropping). You need to go to the common dining room or reception area to get any WiFi. When it rains, the steps going down to the villa can be slippery. The plumbing can use some updating.

Fantastisch verblijf net buiten centrum waar je echt in de watten wordt gelegd; inclusief shuttle busje.
Pros:

Wat een vriendelijk personeel. Ze willen alles voor je doen. Je wordt als een koningin behandeld. Het begint al met een welkomsdrankje. De gratis shuttle haalt je op en brengt je weg en de villa’s liggen dicht bij de cheeky monkey; een speelparadijs voor kinderen.

Cons:

Mijn man vond het iets te licht in de slaapkamer; hij had graag gezien dat de gordijnen iets meer licht tegen zouden houden. Ik had hier zelf geen last van.

We had an unforgettable stay at Nefatari. Every morning, they brought us delicious coffee, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of fresh dishes. Our room was spotless every day, with perfectly ironed linens and neatly folded towels. The housekeeping was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind: every Nefatari.
