It was fantastic!
Pros:

It is the best place I have stayed in Brooklyn. Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very good access to train and good resturants, coffee shops and parks.

Cons:

No complaints. Coffee downstairs was not very good but in the room it was fine.

Pros:

Beautiful room. Top floor. No noise. Had our own balcony deck on top of the roof. Nobody was next-door to us which made it even nicer and more private.

Pros:

We love the location in Greenpoint in the middle of the film production district. It’s easy to get a cab and walk to Manhattan Avenue. The staff as always are charming, helpful and made our stay delightful

Cons:

It’s a bit of a hike to the nearest subway. Better now there is a breakfast option.

Fifth stay in a comfortable loft at this nice Brooklyn hotel
Pros:

Spacious suites, well-maintained. Citibike stand in the corner. Breakfast significantly upgraded. Good place to stay if you will be mostly in Brooklyn.

Cons:

Location at the edge between industrial and residential; few block walk. to find any amenities or restaurants. Breakfast starts late. Far from subway.

We felt pampered and super comfortable in a unique, art-filled space!
Pros:

We had a large suite with refrigerator and coffee maker, a comfy bed, and amazing decor. The hotel is funky, fun, and located near great restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Better quality coffee in the room would be great!

Satisfactory but on the fringe of an industrial area and too noisy
Pros:

Breakfast was fine for a continental style breakfast

Cons:

That there was construction going on in the hotel. There was noise at 6.50 on a Saturday. We asked for a quiet room but the footsteps and movements from occupiers in the room above sounded like they were in our room. There doesn’t appear to be any insulation.
