Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our interaction with them. They listened carefully to our concerns and did their best to assist us in a professional and respectful manner. The staff responded promptly to our questions and requests, and we appreciate their efforts to provide support despite the limitations they faced regarding the condition of the property.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far below our expectations. The condition of the property was not accurately reflected in the photos shown on the website, which did not reveal the major maintenance issues we encountered upon arrival.

The cooridoors showed clear signs of neglect. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and there was visible water damage and staining on both the walls and ceilings. These issues gave theplace an overall appearance of poor maintenance and significantly affected our comfort.

In addition, the master bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a restful stay.

Due to the condition of the hotel, we decided that we could not stay there and immediately changed our reservation to another hotel. We did not spend a single night at the property. We believe the hotel's online photos should be updated to accurately represent its current condition so that future guests can make informed decisions before booking.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect-huge and clean rooms, and the staff was extremely kind with us.They gave us free tickets for Vialand Theme Park for all of us-we were 8 people.They offered us free breakfast and answered to all our questions all the time.Me,my family and our friends are impressed by the place and people there!We would definetely go there again.

Хороший отель на два-три дня.
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал.
Подарили на два дня завтраки.
Просторные с большими потолками номера.
Все необходимое было.
Удобно расположен Молл, который находится выше, а так же парк аттракционов. Жаль не работал веревочный парк и не все аттракционы.

Cons:

Частично отелю требуется ремонт, в коридоре, лифт и обновить технику (в телевизоре не работали динамики).

La ubicacion. Esta lejo de todo. Y los personsales muy neutro y frios. En vez de ser empleados de servicios parecen empleados publicos sin voluntad de servir.

Fantastic
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and caring for everything.the reception staffs specially are very amazing. The driver also very friendly and helpful and giving nice tour inside the city.
The room is well prepared and clean.
The hotel is so near to the vialand theme park and also close to so many restaurants and shopping malls.
Very amazing and highly recommend

The best staff treatment ever and top notch service and hygiene

Amazing place, highly recommended, from the moment we arrived we were given an upgrade, my booking was without breakfast and i was given a breakfast for my entire family (4 persons) for 5 nights, also the staff was so friendly and helpful, we usually lave the room around 2 or 3 pm , they come around 11 am to offer water and coffee and then when we leave they cone to clean the room, never seen that before

Pros:

Çok ferah, temiz ve çocuklu bir aile için İstanbul’daki en iyi yerlerden biri diyebilirim. Çocuklar için yapılabilecek çok fazla şey var, aynı zamanda yetişkinler için de ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey elinizin altında oluyor. Kahvaltıları çok lezzetli, personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Anne-oğul olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik ve mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz :)

Cons:

Otel ile ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek olumsuz nokta; turistik çarşı, pazar gibi yerlere biraz uzak olması. Ancak orada geçirdiğiniz huzurlu zaman düşünüldüğünde, bunun kesinlikle değdiğini söyleyebilirim.

Прекрасный отель на 2-3 ночи
Pros:

Очень удачное месторасположение, над отелем большой молл с фудкортом и магазинами.
Бесплатная парковка, красивые виды . Отель большой, но старенький. На 2-3 ночи отлично. Подарили нашей семье билеты в парк . Парк великолепен . персонал очень любезен. В номере все необходимое есть . ТКорзиночка с фруктами в подарок. Высоке потолки . Выход з номера на улицу-террасу.

Cons:

Завтраки очень скромные. Голодные не останетесь , но ожидание было большего. На завтраках нет нормального кофе,только растворимый. Не было десертов никаких,только булочки, несколько вариантов. Колбасы не вкусные,сыр отличный. Сок порошковый. Яйца, картофель фри, сосиски были.
