A good stopover in an out of town retail park
Pros:

Despite looking like a motorway service area the hotel is pretty good. It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The restaurant is even more like a service area cafe but the food was excellent and extremely reasonable. The breakfast was first class. I would stay there again if I was in the region.

Cons:

The environment is not attractive and someway from the town centre. The shower in the small bathroom is really only child size.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value for money.
Pros:

At the arrival we got a room on the second floor I believe which was not to what I expected but the price was good so we accepted it. However, we soon realized that the door had a huge gap to the hallway and we could practically look into the coridor and hear everyone walking by which felt uncomfortable. I went to reception desk and the workers there were super understanding and helpful. We got a upgrade with a new room which was amazing!

Cons:

Parking feels very open, felt a bit unsure of leaving our car loaded with our stuff. Felt unnecesary to unload the entire car for just one nights sleep, but luckily it went well.
