Rooms are clean, staff was friendly, gym was good. Room screw up was frustrating

My room had one bed, but I booked two beds. When I called down to ask to be moved, the staff didn’t seem helpful, and did not correct the problem

Enjoyed our stay, the staff are very friendly, our room was quiet and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The beds. They very uncomfortable. We stay there everything we come to Prince George and they were not like that last time. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel, lobby staff very nice, but rooms weren’t cleaned

It was clean and lobby staff was nice

Cons:

My room never got cleaned. I took my dogs out for over 5 hours on two consecutive days asking for room service while gone, notified the front desk, departed the hours they suggested but room was never cleaned. No grass or area for dogs to poop, pool was quite cold
