AKA White House

Check in service was bad. The lady and manager were dismissive, arrogant, and very slow. Bad way to start your stay when you’re paying a decent amount of money.
The night duty staff was nice though! So it wasn’t everyone but still.

Mogelijkheid tot ontbijt (eventueel bezorgd) zou het voor ons helemaal afmaken.

the ventilation in the toilet and bathroom is weak.
the walls of the internal bedroom have no blinds so the daylight shines in from the living room.
the kitchen is missing small basics - there is a sponge to clean the dishes but no dish soap, it would be nice to have coffee, sugar etc.
the cleaners work using walkie-talkies - volume on max, spanish chatter non stop. woke me up and I had to shout to shut down the noise.

Pračka trochu zatuchlá, zjevně ji u aparmánu této třídy nikdo nepoužívá. Nemožnost snídaně.

Al llegar se nos informó que obligatoriamente había que dejar un depósito de 200 dólares y que este tenía que hacerse obligatoriamente con tarjeta física. Esta era la última parada de un largo viaje y durante el mismo siempre habíamos podido verificar todo con una tarjeta electrónica la cual nos permitía realizar el pago en dólares. Al tener que hacer el depósito con tarjeta física nos hicieron el cambio y al final perdimos dinero. Podemos entender que se deje un depósito por si hay desperfectos en la habitación pero que este sea obligatoriamente con tarjeta física, hoy en día, nos parece un auténtico abuso, además de que pierdes el dinero del cambio de moneda y tarda más de un mes en devolverte el depósito.
Por otra parte, el hotel dispone, durante unas dos horas por la mañana, de una máquina de café. En recepción no nos informaron de esto y no pudimos aprovechar este servicio hasta que lo descubrimos por casualidad el segundo día.

No restaurant on site; no pool on site; the washer and dryer were very old and didn't work right, no drying at all; no broom/dustpan or vacuum cleaner in the room; small trash cans; no courtesy transportation; no mixing bowls, poor selection of pans (would be nice to have a non-stick skillet, bread pan); No ice; I had to ask for ice trays for the freezer. No extra blankets or pillows in the room; Parking onsite very expensive and small/tight fit garage; The terrace would be nice if there was a view of anything but it's blocked in by buildings, no sights to see. That might be a good place for a pool? The carpet in the halls was old and worn out plus housekeeping was not concerned with vacuuming it. The entire stay there was lint and debris in the hall that remained. If it were not for the size of the unit and it's close location, there would have been no benefit to paying such an outrageous price to stay there.

The only complaint was the beds were a little hard for us.

여러나라 레지던스 형 호텔 다녀 봤지만 가격 대비 관리가 세심하지 못함.
911호에 머물었는데 청소 상태도 별로인 게 입실하자마자 욕실에서 머리카락 발견했고 침대 시트엔 영수증 같은 종이가 뭉쳐 있었음.
게다가 전체적으로 오래된 음식 냄새가 배어서 매우 불쾌했음 (비슷한 급의 다른 곳들에선 경험 못함).
다음 날 이것 저것 시정 요청 했음에도 휴지통을 비워주지 않았음.
아무래도 청소 자체가 엉망임.
시설도 오래된 티 많이 나는거야 그렇다 쳐도, 방이 2개 화장실2개에 4인이 예약해서 갔는데 헤어 드라이기 1개뿐이고 샤워 가운도 2개였음.방에 리셉션 연결 전화기도 1대 뿐인데 그나마 일반 가정집 전화기라 리셉션 연결을 할 줄 몰라 직접 내려가 헤어 드라이기 추가 요청해서 받아 왔는데 그것도 고장난 걸 줬음.
게다가 전화기 사용법 설명이 없는 점을 물으니 성의 없는 스타일 답변만 들음.
방에 암막 커튼이 없어서 대로변의 불빛이 차단되지 않아 잠들 때 힘들었음.
암막커튼은 필수라고 생각함.
룸 전체에 티비가 3대인데 넷플이나 스마트 기능이 연결 되는 것은 단 1대였음.
전체적으로 직원들 응대가 불친절한 건 아니었지만 소홀한 느낌이 강함.
워싱턴 디시의 특수함을 감안하더라도 다시는 가지 않을 거임
