Pros:

The hotel is on a highest level with the tidyness and cleanless, great breakfast and the best stuff ever.

They were all so helpful, found me a cosmetic studio I needed, gave their best to be helpful and available at any moment all the time with the smile on their face.

It is not something you see every day.
