Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr grosszügig

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht gut gewürzt und der Service im Restaurant gar nicht aufmerksam ich musste 1h auf mein Essen warten wir mussten 25minuten auf getränke warte das personal lief immer wieder an uns vorbei ohne zu fragen ob wir bestellen möchten ect

Cons:

Na 4 osobową rodzinę, z dwójką dzieci w ieku 9 i 14 lat dostalismy 1 podwójne łóżko plus dostawkę. Na nasz sprzeciw jedynym zaproponowanym rozwiązaniem było dostawienie drugiej dostawki, co spowodowałoby, że nie mielibyśmy jak poruszać się po pokoju.

Всичко ми хареса- настаниха ни в просторни стаи с голяма тераса с изглед към Белград. Стаите и баните са много просторни с всички удобни и луксозни тоалетни принадлежности. Персоналът е изключително отзивчив и любезен. Горещо препоръчвам и ресторанта и бара, където предлагат вкусна храна, на добри цени и отлично обслужване. Закуската беше много богата и разнообразна.

Останавливались второй раз.
Преимущества Вашего отеля неоспоримы.

Cons:

Не был предоставлен запрашиваемый номер. Просила Twin, был только для курящих. Заселили в стандарт.
Отсутствовали заявленные туалетные принадлежности. Попросила сотрудника клининга - нашел и принёс номер сразу.

Прекрасный новый отель
Pros:

Новый чистый отель с прекрасным отзывчивым персоналом, красивый вид на город, недалеко от центра города и аэропорта. Очень вкусный завтрак и рум-сервис. Есть все необходимые удобства в номере (в тч гладильная доска, тапочки и халаты)
