Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet im gegenüberliegenden Hotel war super. Zimemr sauber und gut. Es gab einen schönen Garten hinter der Anlage,d er zur Lodge gehörig war. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Room was a good size. Potentially the facilities would be good but let down by poor maintenance.
Ground floor room with poorly closing door. Window blind broken. No short toilet flush. Poor mattress. Weak breakfast and poor information on choice. Believed parking included but it was extra.

The Lodge at Bristol is a hotel with nice clean well laid out rooms, the staff were good and attentive. The resturant for dinner was excellent with great food choice.
At breakfast we asked for a second cup of tea, only to be told you can only have one cup and any more you have to pay for them, bit of a let down really.

Black Sheep,drink order not delivered. Constant apologies by staff who wandered around asking customers what they ordered. When I approached person who appeared to be a Supervisor I was told I must not have ordered. There was another family with problems over an order. The Supervisor basically said we must be lying as it wasn't on the system. We walked out. Disappointed as everything else about the hotel was fine and other staff were polite and friendly.

We loved staying at The Lodge! Our room met all our needs—spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the privacy of being separate from the main Aztec Hotel, while still being on such an outstandingly beautiful property. The highlights was the outdoor pond area—lounging on the super comfortable loungers under the trees made our stay feel calm and tranquil. The spa is an excellent addition too. Fantastic value for money overall, and we would definitely stay again!
The food was beautifully presented and delicious, but the prices were quite expensive, which was the only thing that put us off from indulging in the menu more.
