Only stayed one night and it was comfortable and spacious would stay again.
Pros:

Easy access for the motorway

Cons:

The reception was across the road in a different building. It was to warm in the room even with the heating of. The glass bathroom door. Empty water bottle under the chair.

Pros:

This was a room for 1 night whilst visiting family, ideally located just off M5. The Lodge is part of the Aztec hotel but separated (an Annex) with its own complimentary parking (with charging if reqd)

Cons:

No down side

Quiet location
Pros:

Tye room was in a quiet location

Cons:

Breakfast was included in our deal, but we had to eat in the pub next door, which was a breakfast nap and a hot drink. We thought that breakfast would be in the hotel. The room at the l8dge was also very dark as the walls are painted dark brown and not enough lighting in the room

Cleanliness, powerful shower, good location

Cons:

The cafe, which looked like a pub, closed at 5pm. It seemed like they were missing an opportunity to provide a meal and drinks service in the evening which didn't require you to go into the sister restaurant.

Ideal location and so quiet - booked to go again before we left!

It's was convenient

Cons:

I didn't realise it was a separate co.olex to the main hotel. Especially as there was no reception and I had to go to a different location to check in and out.
