Pros:

飯店早餐很棒，因為住了很多天早餐沒有多的變化，建議可以2~3天變化一些。還有就是房客可以免費享用飯店的下午茶(15~21點)餐點這點真是超棒的。這次訂的是日式套房，房間很大，衛浴設備很舒適。

Cons:

這次訂的是日式套房，缺點就是鋪在塌塌米上的床鋪太薄建議可以有兩層(洞爺湖的溫泉旅館就有兩層)衣櫥裡有備用床墊不好意思自行拿來用。

とても満足できました。また利用したいと思いました。
Pros:

朝食が非常によかった。連泊したが、バイキングの種類が少しづつ変わるので飽きが来なくてよかった。また、宿泊者専用のラウンジがとてもよかった(使用できる時間がもっと長ければなおよいと思う)。

Cons:

洗面台が狭く、使いにくかった。また、トイレの中で手洗いができないのが不便だった。

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. I've never been disappointed and will return again.
Pros:

Perfect location, steps away from Hakodate train station, Morning Market, tram stop. Very walkable area to shops, restaurants, red brick warehouse, etc.. There is a drug store on the ground level of the hotel and adjoining store that sells food products and souvenirs. Buffet breakfast is excellent - wide variety, pleasantly presented and freshly refilled. Staff is always polite and extremely helpful.

チェックインのあと、ラウンジで飲み物と北海道名物のお菓子が食べられるサービスがあるところ
チェックインまでの間、荷物をロッカーに預けられるところ
コインランドリーがあるところ

コインランドリーでは100円玉しか使えないのに両替機が設置されていない
せっかく大通公園に面したホテルを選んだのに、部屋が逆の裏通り向きだった
