迎賓茶點是北海道10日遊最佳的，除了多種軟性飲料外，還有著名的多種茶點、蛋糕、巧克力、薯條三兄弟，而且真的很用心再幫旅客盡可能安排座位。
房間算大且舒適，備品充足，水壓舒服，早餐還可以。
服務人員非常親切有禮貌，具有不錯英語能力，詢問停車位置，甚至主動帶路指引。

Pros:

The staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. The rooms were generous by Japanese standards and the locale worked too. Breakfast was a treat and the guests casual dining room was perfect for the one night we were too tired to explore elsewhere.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was great. Staff were kind and all cloud speak English.
Even when I didn't ask for cleaning service, clean towels and new toiletries were delivered to my room.

離公園很近，散步去丹山動物園及公園只有3K距離，離起跑點和終點超近，跑完走路就到飯店了，機場巴士站就在飯店附近〔往、返超便利〕。狸小路走路聊個天就到，超商在旁邊而已，想喝個小酒，下樓走幾步路就到啦！飯店還有下午茶點可食用，感覺很好，若能說中文更好，溝通起來無障礙，或是弄個螢幕可直接點選語文翻譯便利性頗高，下次去還會再入住。
