היה מדהים, אחלה שירות של כל עובדי המלון, סבלניים ממש.
נקיון המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
מתאים לזוגות, למשפחות ובגדול ממש לכולם.

Cons:

יש שלטים באוכל שמציינים טבעוני/צמחוני וכמה פעמים השלטים והאוכל לא תאמו, למשל בתוך מרק שהיה רשום טבעוני היו חתיכות של עוף אז אם אתם אוכלים כשר או טבעוני/צמחוני חשוב לוודא איתם מה האוכל באמת מכיל ולהתסכל טוב טוב.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und wirklich gut gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchwegs sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die All-inclusive Verpflegung abwechslungsreich, geschmackvoll und reichhaltig. Themenabende sorgen noch für zusätzliche Abwechslung. Die Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Für alle, die gerne ein ruhiges Zimmer haben, nehmt eines mit Sicht auf die Berge. Da das Hotel in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt kommt es zu Fluglärm. Daran gewöhnt man sich aber schnell und die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallgedämmt.

אוכל לא ברמה חוזר על עצמו ללא מגוון של דברים אחרים , רעש של מטוסים כל הזמן מיטות לא נוחות בעליל , יום ראשון בשהייה לא הייה אינטרנט בטענה שאין בכל העיר , מקרר בר ריק רק עם 2 בקבוקי מים למרות שהינו בחופשה הכל כלול … גקוזי ששלמנו על להכניס אליה התמלאה בילדים קטנים , מים מחוממים בבריכה לא באמת חמים

Insgesamt aber wirklich ein tolles familienfreundliches Hotel, das wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen können!
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Hotel mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das unglaublich leckere Essen – es gab auch tolle und passende Optionen für unser Baby. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr kinderfreundlich.
Für Familien ist das Hotel wirklich ideal: Es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein großes Dankeschön auch dafür, dass wir unser Zimmer am Abreisetag länger nutzen durften, damit unser Baby noch in Ruhe schlafen konnte – das war für uns eine riesige Erleichterung und zeigt, wie gastfreundlich das Hotel ist.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Am Abend war die Unterhaltung für uns persönlich etwas laut, etwas leisere Musik angenehmer gewesen.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Anlage und Zimmer sauber
Man hat immer freie Liegen auf der Wiese oder am Pool gefunden

Cons:

So gut wie immer das gleiche Essen, was nach 3 Tagen einfach nicht mehr geht.
Getränke an der Bar nicht lecker
Hatten unter der Zimmertür einen 2cm hohen Spalt, dadurch konnte man das komplette Abendprogramm hören als wäre man draußen. War dadurch sehr laut im Zimmer und man konnte nicht zur Ruhe kommen oder das Kind schlafen legen.
In der letzten Nacht hat das Telefon im Badezimmer 4x mitten in der Nacht zu verschiedenen Zeiten geklingelt, war aber jedes mal niemand dran.
War sehr störend
In den Zimmern ist es sehr feucht, so dass die Kleidung klamm wird
Beim duschen überschwemmt man das ganze Badezimmer.
