The stay was fine, would have been so much better with AC.

Clean, good location, warm welcome from staff

Cons:

Breakfast is cereal and toast with hard boiled eggs. It’s classed as continental but experience from Europe and their traditional continental breakfast, I wouldn’t class it as continental.

Also, depending on what time of day you arrive at the property parking can be difficult to park. We arrived around lunch time and there were plenty of parking, went for a walk came back in the evening and the carpark was full and no space.

A great value and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Spacious room very comfortable beds and amazing shower! Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was great to have a guest laundry. Communal microwave and ice machine. Convenient to walk to town for restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

As others have mentioned - the soundproofing - luckily we were upstairs but we could hear people talking in the hallway - not a huge problem though.
