We would definitely book with them again.
Pros:

It was upgraded and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good! Location downtown to restaurants and club was excellent as well.

Cons:

There was nothing we can think of.

It felt quite luxurious in our beautiful room.
Pros:

You cannot tell a book from its cover…this is exactly the Grizz Hotel. It looks quite plain & like an office block but inside is very different. It is spotless, beautifully decorated & in a great location. We loved it.

Cons:

Everything was good.😊

Well priced, good location, renos obvious. Good value
Pros:

You can see rhat they have been updating the hotel. Bed was too soft for one of us and cozy for the other. Pillows were TOO HIGH. Lots of TV channels. Breakfast was ok, though no yogurt. No egg cups.

Don't use the fridge unless you want popsicle everything
Pros:

The bed was super comfy and shower was nice.

Cons:

The fridge in my room froze everything solid, including $30 worth of salads, etc. (It was only set at 1/2 coldness). I told the front desk person and he said he would ask his manager to phone me but no call. Breakfast was toast, hardboiled eggs and cereal. There are no counters in the bathroom and no mirrors in the main room, which makes it difficult to do much.

Great value and good location in downtown Revelstoke.
Pros:

Great hotel for a one night stay on my drive back home from the coast. It was quiet and comfortable and is situated right downtown in Revelstoke within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The breakfast is nothing special, but adequate if you're not a big eater. I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but I wasn't there to watch TV.

Reasonable accommodation in good location.
Pros:

Loved location & decor was interesting.
The male staff at reception was very helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Being on ground floor the noise on ceiling from guests above was quite & annoying!
Breakfast was a little lacking & not enough cutlery available
