Close to Milano Céntrale train station, good restaurants close by, great customer service, and clean rooms. The terrace suites had great view of the city and roomy for a family of 3.

L ' unica pecca l ingresso in spa nei servizi basic non era compreso nel pernottamento , secondo i miei standard per un albergo dí questo livello non è un bene, anche perché la piscina è piccola e non possono sostare più di 7 persone per volta
The staff were incredibly friendly, and whenever I requested something, the service was delivered almost at the speed of light. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Milan, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Since it was my first time in Milan, I didn’t get to fully enjoy all the hotel amenities, but I would definitely love to come back and take more time to experience everything the hotel has to offer.
Great hotel experience - super nice and helpful staff providing great customer service. Good central location with convenient parking garage option close by. Absoutely a great option for Milan city vacation.
