This hotel is nestled in a more local part of the island, with a quiet and intimate atmosphere against a stunning mountain backdrop. I highly recommend the extra money for a room with a sea-view terrace. The staff provide a truly luxurious experience that feels tailored and special.
Our stay at Villa Brunella was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic, with truly unique and breathtaking views over the sea and Capri. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant was also excellent, offering great food in a beautiful atmosphere. We would definitely come back anytime!

We liked the charm of the hotel and the service we experienced was outstanding. The concierge is exceptional and nothing was too much trouble ! You can tell the hotel has many return guests for this reason and I hope next time we visit Capri we will stay here again.
The breakfast is quite limited and only buffet style. Compared to the other hotels at a similar price point this was a more traditional and basic style.

The pool overlooks one of the best views on Capri as shown on their web site. The service was impeccable; buffet breakfast included with a wide variety and specialty coffees. It's more secluded being accessed from a pedestrian-only path overlooking the sea, Marina Piccola and the Gardens of Augustus. I can see why people come back to Villa Brunella every year for their holiday. It is a quiet and romantic property. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful stunning place. The stuff was so warm and helpful. The views from the hotel are absolutely fascinating. Loved the shower products – they were from a beautiful Capri brand.
Expected more from the breakfast. Instant coffee in the room is not a very Italian thing (Nescafé)😁 A coffee machine would be nice.

Se ofrecieron a comprar nuestros tickets de ferry y llevar nuestras valijas hasta el
Muelle , nos dieron un papel para preguntar por un Sr Marcos , en el muelle 21 ! Bajaron un camión de valijas y las nuestras no estaban ! Nunca se dijó que de ese muelle no salía nuestro barco y al reclamarle las valijas y el ticket , dijo “ahhh no se nada “ corrimos como locos , buscando nuestras maletas y tickets ! El muelle de nuestro barco era en el otro extremo ! Nos salvó que se demoró el ferry unos 10 minutos , creo que encima de haber pagado sobreprecio en todo , nos complicaron la salida , correr para alcanzar un buque que casi se no va , no le deseo a nadie ! NO RECOMIENDO EL SERVICIO QUE OFRECEN DE EXTRAS

הגענו למקום האירוח ללילה אחד, בשעה 11:30,הלכנו לטייל באי וחזרנו רק בשעה 17:30 ורק אז קיבלנו את החדר.
יום למחרת, ביקשנו מצוות הקבלה לתת לנו עוד שעה וחצי בצאט אאוט כדי שנספיק להסתובב בעיר ולא להיות לחוצים. במקום 11:30 לצאת ב13:00. הצוות סירב בכל תוקף, דיברנו גם עם מנהל המקום שאמר שזה לא אפשרי. יש לציין ששילמנו מחיר מופקע. ובסהכ ביקשנו לצאת שעה אחרי הזמן כדי שנוכל להנות מהאי ולא להיות לחוצים בזמן, אפס בשירות. מלבד הנוף היה של המקום, לא נהנתי בכלל. חדרים ישנים. יחסי אנוש ושירות זה הדבר הכי חשוב במקום, בטוחה שאם היינו מקבלים יחס קצת שונה ומסביר פנים, איזשהו ניסיון לעזור ולהבין את הסיטואציה, להתחשב, היינו מצליחים להנות מהמקום. הם הרסנו לנו את היום, פשוט ככה. היינו צריכים לחזור למלון ולעשות צאט אאוט בשעה 10:00 כדי להספיק משהו. בושה. פשוט מבאס ומתסכל שזה היחס. ואין שום תמורה למחיר!
